In 2006 Matt Wagner (a comic book writer mainly known for Grendel and Sandman Mystery Theathre) wrote a remake of this story named "Batman and the Mad Monk", i would recommend you to read: it's way better than the original (both from a writing and artistic perspective), it has a very noir and pulp feeling (which works great for Batman) and the Mad Monk's assistant Dala is such a knockout

This movie scared the life out of me when I was little. Him finding the name was Dracula was the biggest plot twist my little brain had ever seen.
