I am thrilled to share with you some information on systemic enzymes. I take them myself and recommend them to many people in my chiropractic practice.
Michael, has been working with enzymes for over 20 years. He works closely with top researchers, enzymologists and formulators around the world. These are brilliant people in their field. He has done hundreds of radio shows and podcasts over the years and has personally trained thousands of practitioners on the use of enzymes in their practices. He currently works with HCP Formulas. He talks about how his falls on his mountain bike don’t have long lasting deleterious effects because of his use of Fibrenza. The research demonstrates that post-workout muscle soreness can be greatly reduced with the enzyme bromelain and the yellow chemical from turmeric called curcumin…nature nurtures.
We all have enzymes in our bodies and cannot live without them. They help digest food, catalyze reactions, modulate inflammation, maintain and repair cells and more. Your body makes over 3000 types of enzymes. They are crucial for human existence.
Here we cover systemic enzymes: What are they, the benefits in your body, how to take them as supplements, what they do in your bloodstream and can they help with symptoms of aging?
Inflammation is a vital to the healing process. However, due to our diets, toxic load and other factors, we can have trouble with inflammation resolution. Enzymes have natural inflammation-fighting properties. In fact, the natural role of enzymes within your body is to help reduce and eliminate inflammation.
Taking enzymes helps with inflammation resolution and reduces the fibrosis of repair. From wound healing, fibromyalgia, a sprained ankle or even inflamed organs can be helpe. Enzymes like nattokinase, serrapeptase (Study show to accelerate healing in patients recovering from dental surgery), papain, bromelain (shown to speed up recovery from cosmetic surgery) lumbrokinase or others help reduce local & systemic inflammation. Systemic enzymes have been clinically proven to speed up the rate at which wounds heal. Animal studies found that bromelain and papain accelerate wound healing when applied to the skin.
Take osteoarthritis, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease or just being bloated after a meal for instance. All of these conditions have a large inflammatory component that can be helped.
I, often, pair enzymes with extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT). ESST breaks up scar tissue and is great for conditions like tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, arthritic knees, post surgical scar tissue and more. The scar tissue divides into calcium and fibrin in the blood. The fibrin can make people fatigued if I am doing a large area and a lot of pulses in one visit. When I have people take the enzymes, they notice no rebound fatigue after aggressive shockwave treatments and better results.
There are conditions of too much fibrin like cystic fibrosis or uterine fibroids. Also, the bloodstream can become clogged with fibrin with age as we become less efficient at clearing the fibrin out. Fibrin is a protein and proteolytic enzymes are great at counteracting too much of the fibrin as they “eat” protein. Imagine how happy your heart, immune system, arteries, inflammatory pathways & your life will be with less fibrin in the way. Strokes and heart attack risk goes down by decreasing the likelihood of blood clots and the blood is “thinned”.
If it sounds too good to be true, well, they are good and even non-toxic and safe. I would caution about mild nausea and the mild blood thinning component of taking systemic enzymes on an empty stomach.
Thank you for your interest and I wish you the best on your journey of health through your lifetime.

The video discusses systemic enzymes - enzymes taken orally on an empty stomach that get absorbed into the bloodstream to provide various health benefits. Systemic enzymes are different from digestive enzymes that break down food in the digestive tract. Key Points: - Systemic enzymes help with conditions involving chronic pain, inflammation, arthritis, scar tissue, fibromyalgia, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, and more. They break down excess fibrin, a protein that makes blood cells sticky and clump together. - We have innate enzymes in our bodies, but enzyme levels decline with age as the body conserves its supply. Supplementing puts back a plentiful supply so the body utilizes them again like when young. This leads to reduced inflammation and faster recovery from injuries. - Specific enzymes mentioned are nattokinase (breaks down fibrin and benefits cardiovascular health), serrapeptase (breaks down scar tissue), bromelain and papain (from pineapple and papaya, speed wound healing), and lumbrokinase. - Enzymes help break down non-calcified arterial plaque and modulate high or low blood pressure. They clean blood clots and excess fibrin. Those over 30 often have too much fibrin accumulation. - Taking systemic enzymes for 2 years leads to less inflammation, chronic pain, better circulation and immune function. They minimize new scar tissue formation and reduce existing internal/external scarring over time. - Enzymes are especially helpful for chronic pain because they break down immune complexes that perpetuate inflammation. Reduced inflammation, faster recovery. Also aid traumatic injuries, arthritis, endometriosis due to anti-inflammatory, antifibrotic effects. - Uterine fibroids respond very well since enzymes break down non-calcified tissue. Systemic enzymes may slowly reduce calcified deposits over years but difficult to quantify or predict degree of improvement. - Excess inflammation and scar tissue formation may be exacerbated by constant eating which maintains insulin levels and prevents the repair "fasting" state. Fasting and enzymes both help break down scar tissue. - Synergistic combinations of enzymes tend to work better than individual enzymes. Animal-sourced and plant-sourced enzymes both have value; a blend utilizes benefits of each. - Enzymes helped speaker's mother resolve post-gallbladder surgery adhesions after struggling with repeat surgeries for years prior. Also greatly improved the appearance of external surgical scar. Conclusions: - Systemic enzymes provide a wide range of anti-inflammatory effects and have research supporting uses for pain, arthritis, autoimmunity, surgery recovery, and conditions involving fibrosis like endometriosis and fibroids. - They aid the body’s innate capacity to resolve inflammation and clear out pathological accumulations of fibrin and scar tissue. Benefits take time to manifest fully but can dramatically improve quality of life. - A synergistic blend of animal-sourced and plant-sourced proteolytic enzymes works most effectively since people respond differently. Systemic enzymes are very safe with little downside, mainly possible mild detox reaction symptoms initially. In summary, systemic enzyme therapy enhances the body’s inflammation regulation and tissue repair functions through multiple mechanisms. Judicious use provides a non-toxic method to improve outcomes for various chronic conditions that involve inflammatory and/or fibrotic processes. Additional research is warranted to further define clinical applications.

Let me tell you all, serrapeptase & nattokinase together works. In my case, at first I used to take those two apart, with food, a no, no! I didn’t know. But as soon as I got more education about those enzymes I started taking those two together on an empty stomach and the next day my hips, knees, blood pressure among other things improved. Wow! Amazing enzymes!!

Hi Curtis FYI currently there has been a flurry of autopsies reports of a white string appearing in bodies of young males who had 3 or more injections. This string is joining clots of many inches long. serrapeptase is of particular intrest here as the silkworm it thought to develop this enzyme for its own use in getting out of its cocoon by dissolving it, and this is especially good as a blood thinners and breaking up clots, a note of caution it MUST be taken on an empty stomach this is a very powerful enzyme and can empty the stomach very quickly, so gently, dos it, but, with this alarming "string" currently reported to be found in 30% of cases in young males, and if you have had 3 or more jabs easy up on you fitness,

My husband was getting a sort of choking feeling. Like he was getting high blood pressure in his neck. It stated to be quite frequent. I started giving him serrapeptase and that feeling totally went away. Hasnt had it since. We started at 40,000 but then I switched us over to one 120,000spu a day, plus natto (2000FU) and a proteolytic mix. One of these a day and they've helped tremendously for blood pressure and for arthritic knees and every day pain. I also seem to see better at night when driving, which is a plus I didnt expect.

For many years I played a lot of tennis. Eventually my shoulder hurt more and more with every serve. I didn't suppose I had broken anything in my shoulder. Perhaps a build up of scar tissue. I bought serrapeptase capsules, taking one or two capsules daily. A month later, pain while serving was more than half gone. After three months, no pain. I continued taking serrapeptase for a year. My shoulder pain was gone and did not return, even when I stopped taking serrapeptase. Recently I resumed taking serrapeptase and tossed in nattokinase. My thinking was that I am now 75 and deserve some protection. After watching this excellent video, I'll probably add some other enzyme capsules.

The Dr said he cleared away all of the scar tissue I had from my c-section. He had no idea that I was taking the enzymes because I stopped taking them two weeks before the surgery. Proof is in my results, I was not taking them long enough to destroy all the fibrin my body developed in one month but my body healed super fast so they helped me to recover at an alarming rate. I was harvesting my collards 🥬 in my garden while sitting in a chair but the bending over got to be challenging and caused pain & discomfort so that also reminded me I’m still recovering and not completely healed on the inside.

I already do feel alot better in my whole sinuses area , having some light headaches that comes and goes but i think those are some detox symptoms or something like that. I keep having water a little more often than usual and i continue with same 1 dose first in the morning. I am willing to share my experience here with everyone who is eagerly searching for details and the way my situation will be and i am also curious about what you guys felt and how is it going. Great discussion, thank you. I recently started a combo of Lumbro, Natto, and Serra as an alternative to blood thinners (felt like I was dying from side effects of prescription anticoagulants). So far it has been helping my circulation for sure and reducing pain in my leg from vascular issues. Had major DVT 9 months ago, and hoping this will prevent any in the future. Had to start slow. Definite herxing, but slowly tolerating more. Is there any point in adding other proteolytic enzymes into the mix? I thought about getting another complex just for general health, cause I know they all do different things and work differently.
@dradamfields
@dradamfields Жыл бұрын
So glad to get your comment. Sounds like you are on a good protocol and you are getting symptomatic relief. The Lumbro is quite powerful. I wish HCP put it in the Fibrenza but I think they might be trying to keep it vegetarian as the lumbro comes from worms. I would add the Fibrenza at night and see if you get some symptomatic changes as they have formulated it for its synergistic qualities. Good to be reminded that people can herx from the introduction. Keep up the great self-care!

@@heather2081 So far so good! I have been rotating between Lumbrokinase and Nattokinase in the morning and every other day i'll take Serrapeptase in the evening (great anti-inflammatory on workout days). First few months were rough with herxing, but I stuck with it, and now I don't notice any negative effects, just positive ones. Circulation got better, so far no more clots (confirmed with ultrasound), and my ability to exercise got way better too, and I'm back in the gym for first time in years. Also as a random unexpected positive side effect my libido and erectile function improved significantly (sorry if TMI). I've done tons of research and experimented with a few different brands, and the only one I can recommend for Lumbrokinase is Boluoke (so expensive but really powerful), and for Nattokinase the best brand out there is the 100mg gel caps from Allergy Research Group. I'm sure there are other good fibrinolytics out there, but those two are pretty great.

Can be a detox reaction. I just use the Fibrenza as there are ingredients that help support other ingredients in it. 2 options; 1- Reduce your dose and go up very gradually 2-Take with a couple slices of apple. This may help and not interfere with the proteolytic enzymes If you are having this reaction, you def need some gut restoration. microbiomelabs.com/register/?ref=drfields For an intro and very effective gut healing protocol order the following: 1 MegaSporeBiotic™ 180 caps, 2 MegaPre™ Precision Prebiotic 1 MegaMucosa™ Mucosal Support Instructions for use: Week 1: 1 Megaspore every other day with a meal Week 2: 1 Megapore per day Week 3: Now taking 2 Megaspore per day Week 4: Add ½ Scoop of MegaPre™ to 16oz of water per day or a smoothie (with or without food) Week 5+: Increase MegaPre™ to 1 scoop in 16oz of water per day or in a smoothie Week 7: Add ½ scoop of MegaMucosa™ in 16oz of water per day or in a smoothie. Week 8: Increase to 1 scoop of MegaMucosa™ in 16oz of water per day or in a smoothie. Go to the website to order this protocol: microbiomelabs.com/register/?ref=drfields *Note- Seeing that you are having an issue with the serrapeptase, there is a good chance you will have some intestinal symptoms with the protocol as some of your gut bacteria die off, others are encouraged to proliferate and your microbiome becomes more diverse. If the symptoms are too much, back off to a lighter dose and wait until the symptoms lessen before you jump to the higher dose.

I have fibrin blood clot on my right leg artery tree in April 2022 which doctors say its probably due to artery rupture from my 50km weekly running routine. The clot is similar to an external black fibrin blood clot on injured skin/cut which will heal and fall off. Fibrin clots on artery walls on the other hand do not go away or dissolve and they stick permanently to artery wall limiting blood flow. I manage to keep my right right through collateral blood vessels. Doctors have put me on long term blood thinner Xarelto and aspirin daily to prevent new bloods from forming but they don't dissolve the clots. My nutritionist says Protease enzyme will help to dissolve the internal fibrin clots but my haematologist says it will interfere with my 2 blood thinners Xarelto and aspirin. My nutritionist says i have to wait till my haematologist let me come off the 2 blood thinners before i can try Protease enzyme. Is there anyway I the protease enzyme can be taken orally or injected without any undesirable reactions from Xarelto and Asprin?

Hi Genya, Fibromyalgia is a very challenging disease and there can be a lot of components. There is a great study on cervical spine correction and Fibromyalgia, for instance. I would say that systemic enzymes, like Fibrenza, are an extremely valuable component of helping someone with Fibromyalgia but I would not say that they are the only thing one needs. We must look at each person holistically and load up on the enzymes.
