Күн бұрын

In this episode, we'll drag some 80-Year Old American Trucks out of the bush. Mark and KK from Emmert International show up to level up the Roadhouse Garage. They'll put it up on cribbing until we can get the stem walls built. I'll use my Kuboata Tractor to chomp away at the brush and clear a spot for our house to be placed.

Rick, I think your tractor is part Beaver! Man, it cleared a lot of brush! That was a lot of work, even using the tractor. I think a lot of people forget that you're a "One Man Show". That's going to be one heck of a bonfire!

Little by little it will get done. Some days it seems like you didn't do much but others just fly by. I know your doing with what you got but still think you need a side door for slinky to fit all the way in or even the hauler. Another idea if not, make a pad on the back with a overhang. Working on big trucks out side or on soft ground isnt fun. Also need to get hommer going, be better the dragging stuff around the year when you dont have help. I work with what i got so i know do what you need to do with what you got/have

On the door...Yes, I will end up putting a door on the end. But I only have one big door right now and it needs to go on the back side of the building. I'll put one in an end later. An overhang on the front for Slinky is on the menu for the future too, but those things will happen when the time and funds are right. Thanks for stopping by again my Friend.

I had a 70 that was gold with a really wierd vinyl top. Gold with little black things. I painted the top black and put the widest slotted mags I could find on it. Yeehaw...Then I wrapped it around an Oak Tree.

You should take that big tree down incase it or might fall on you shop or house or decrease the height at least

You need to have your camera closer to where you are working and not so far away so we can't see what you are doing

I agree. I intentionally set it up at a distance because I knew I was going to be moving fast on the tractor and its easy to forget where you put the camera. But yeah...that was too far.

Why don't you sell or auction off all the vehicles you have if you are not planning of doing any repair or restoration and having them rust and losing value and get over grown by shrubs ? May help in payments of the over priced house you had moved.

You may not have noticed, but I have been selling a lot of my vehicles. If there is anything you think you'd be a better caretaker for, let me know which one and I'll give you a price. Also, its a bit strange that you would say the house we are having moved is "Overpriced" when you have absolutely no idea what we are paying for it. Jamie and I happen to know for a fact that we were blessed with a very good deal on our house. There is no way we could afford even the materials to build a home like it. Thank you for your opinions and Thanks for watching.

I really think you should watch Rick's house-moving videos right from the beginning before making comments like "not doing any repair" on his trucks, and "overpriced house".

@stevenaugustin6784 I get comments like this from people who only watch a couple videos and haven't seen all of the trucks I've built or gotten running again and sent down the road. The comment about our house being overpriced was odd though, we got a really great deal on it from a really good guy who has always treated Jamie and I like Family.
