@@PhaethonCrafts 7 months late, but I always kinda felt her religious side was more of a shield or a facade.. Like, The people who saved her from a life of crime and such were religious and through her intense care for them took up their faith? Like, The Guardian of the Urn of Andraste did comment on her pretending to hear the maker because it made her "different" despite her being seen as negative by most of the other sisters and such in the chantry.. I'd say my view is that her hardened side in Origins is her true self poking out and the one we see in Inquisition is her true self allowed to blossom. If you ask her about the warden (romanced) her voice goes from being hard and edged to soft and longing, showing that despite it all she has a soft spot for those that she cares for.. I'd atleast vote for her actually being a ruthless person in truth who found a home in religion. Sort of like the penitent sinner who seeks forgiveness yet goes on with said sinning, just under the name of Religion rather than Profit/Affection from when she was a Bard pre-Origin.

@@Bartimayus I think it's bc the Inquisitor is officially a military officer, unlike Sera, who was there but never officially, and so the formal suit for the inquisitor is the uniform, which is something that also happens in our world. And then in Cullen's case, it's bc it's a man and a woman, and I guess Thedas also has the tradition of brides wearing dresses in heterosexual weddings.

+The Samurai Cop It doesn't really make sense for a lot of them to. Bull doesn't really think marriage is a necessity, and Dorian just lost his father. While they had a complicated relationship, it was clear that Dorian was upset by his death, and he wasn't in the mood or mindset to get married. Josie is a very career-minded woman who is probably still busy with taking care of her family, and she wouldn't want to do anything that would potentially cause a scandal with the Inquisition on such shaky grounds. Blackwall, if you made him a Warden, just got back from the Joining so him and the Inquisitor probably haven't had time to talk about things like that. I'm not sure what happens when he isn't made a Warden, but he seems like the person to have a lot of guilt still over his time as Rainier and will probably resist at first when marriage is brought up, in a 'i'm not good enough for you' kind of way. And Cassandra is also like Josie, in that she takes her career seriously, and well, there's already a video about that. And Solas is the villain technically so that's not gonna happen anytime soon. Basically, none of the others are ready/willing to get married yet due to varying circumstances. And that's okay. It's in character for them, and there's always a chance they would have gotten married by the time DA4 is released.

+Aubrey Laughlin yes but for some reason it totally makes sense for Sera to get married even though she is the one who would be the least likely to be tied down out of all of them. Cullen I can get, and I understand with dorian and bull's circumstances, but josephine's romance is the most fairy tale like of all of them so her's would be extremely fitting. There are plenty of people who work alot who have spouses. Cullen is able to get married even though he's a general of an inquisition who probably has just as much work as josephine, he even has to manage all of the recovering templars at the beginning of the story. I just don't like how both genders are clearly not represented equally in terms of romance in this game.

Two words for Sera: Character Development. And you CAN turn Sera and Cullen down. you don't have to marry them. And remember, Josephine is Bi. The same thing happens whether you romanced her as a girl or a boy. Who's to say they haven't discussed marriage? Josie is just a bit more practical than Cullen, and even then the Cullen romance was an elopement with a mabari as witness. Josie DESERVES, and probably wants, a large, fairy tale wedding, which they don't have time for with her duties and the uncertainty about the future of the Inquisition. Sera also isn't the type for frills and pomp and the large wedding nonsense, they probably had a hurried, rushed thing with lots of inappropriate jokes and her Red Jenny friends there to celebrate with afterwards. Instead of focusing on how 'men aren't being represented', why not celebrate the fact that there is actually a wedding between two women? Representation doesn't just extend to genders.

Not quite. Citadel was goofy the whole way through, Trespasser has its lighthearted moments early on and then shit proceeds to get real. Especially the end, when there's lots of reveals. And it sets up the next game.

I don't know how old Sera is suppose to be(am quessing 18-19), because a cool twist to Sera, could have being, that as a child, she was in Denerim, at the battle in origins & was saved by the hero of ferelden. Not something she would reveal until later. She would be 8-9 at that time, so someone like Leliana would not recognize her in inquisition. Just always thought it could be something nice(:

+NeverlandHunter For me, I'm struggling to see the point in 'validating' true love through a bunch of paperwork for 'the state'. I would marry 'for the church' if only I weren't an atheist. Of course, marriage, as a legal state, holds benefits over not being a married couple (taxes, medical rights, etc). But if I'd marry, I'd want it to be for love and validation, and neither of these options seem entirely fitting to me. So I, indeed, might not want to marry. I haven't fully made my mind up about it yet, but I probably will in due time. (Which is not now xD)
