Dragon Age: The Guard is in Question

I'm a bit late to this circus but I'm bout to act up for a min. Let me rant. I think Mass effect 3 was peak BioWare. I enjoyed Inquisition, but sometimes it did feel boring in the open world in between objectives. It is no longer the same studio we adventured with in the early 2000s and the early half 2015. Don’t get me wrong, I want this game to be great but I’m not sure where I stand with all of the different issues going on. I’ll wait until I play the game before I fully rate it or give any judgement. If you don’t want to support the game because of something you don’t like specifically, vote with your wallet. Also, just for reference I wanted to tie in the video that I watched, which is what provided my biggest skepticism for the creation & future of this game.
In the video I stated multiple years but it was only a year ago when this vid came out.

4:03 sounds like their problem was trying to turn dragon age into something it wasn't. I feel like if they wanted to add a multiplayer this would have been a good time to do something like Mass Effect 3 multiplayer because the elven god forces could've been handled like the reapers

I'm getting the game, the top surgery scars are the only thing people can complain about for this game, the old BioWare writer that was trying to cause controversy didn't even work on the game, he worked on Inquisition. And as for the body goes, I'm a PC player I know there's going to be body enhancement mods and mods to change all bad guys. The only thing that really matters to me is the story, and I haven't heard anything negative about the story to keep me away.

Your first point in the first sentence before the comma is big leap. This has woke embedded, which is inclusive to the trans marginalized, but not others, such as other people with mental and physical conditions. To add insult, they made sure to minimalize masculinity and DEFINITELY minimalize femininity as demonstrated in this video; this is intentional. Much of the trans movement is misogyny, which is why you see the degradation attempt here. The DEI hire director has no clue what he's talking about when he's interviewed about the characters. You then indireclty admitted that mods will address the body issues, so you know that there are huge issues such as the flat breasts and flat glutes.

The head director of the create a character team is trans and he obviously wants to pander to his community and IGN/games journalist want to magnify any of these types of things in games, that's the only thing they can talk about is in the crate of character, even though multiple games journalists and content creators athlete's several hours of the game and none of them brought up any pandering type materials in the story. If there is pandering in the story the journalist would be talking about it, but they're only talking about the creative character which is only 1% of the game. And everything else people are complaining about, I know if the story is good the modding community will fix the rest.

I think it'll sell just okay, and be an extremely mid game. I'm not buying the extreme doom and gloom. The IP has enough name to sell a few copies, but it won't produce anything new or innovative.

There’s a lot of disappointment going around. I’m trying not to be too hard on the game but it seems like we have more identity politics focus than actual game direction with good gameplay and writing. 🤷🏾‍♂️ We’ll see what happens though. Also, the game just went gold so that’s a bit worrisome when Space Marines 2 hit gold months before the release.

@@LloydChristmas-vx2wh to be honest with you, I got so worked up in anger that I had to leave what I wanted to say behind because of how off the rails I was about to go. I’m tired of these companies falling apart for jumping on a bandwagon, following an agenda that no one wants, and not realizing how toxic that is. There is a reason why gamers are in an uproar with these companies, destroying their favorite games.
