The 6600 does it again. What a card. Btw, XeSS works very well on my end and looks way better than running it native with no AA. Also, I feel like turning on Strand Hair comes with little to no performance cost in this setup (and it just looks really good) but the option tends to grey out when you select any graphic preset lower than High so to enable it, set the game to High preset, turn on Strand Hair then manually toggle the rest of the settings back to Medium. It's probably a bug and I hope it gets fixed.

ur right, strand hair has next to no performance penalty. I noticed some weird visual glitches, basically flickering black squares all over the buildings and such when using any, and i mean ANY, fsr, xess, dynamic res, form of upscaling on my RX 7700 XT, so i was forced to drop settings from ULTRA + RT and balanced up scaling preset to native 1440p high settings, to still have it run well - that is 50-100 fps cuz the game's performance is all over the place in some later areas - without said glitches.

Oof for stable 60 fps at 1080p needs to go to "Low". That's a game with closed maps and linear corridors. Frostbite engine from 2008 BTW. Same that was used on Battlefield 1,3,4,5 and Star Wars Battlefront 2. You can probably run these games at 4K maxed with this set-up. They will look better too.
