Patch 29.6.2 Draconic Deathscale was REMOVED Electric Synthesizer was changed to a 3/2 Tier 3 Battlecry: Give your other Dragons +3/+2 Tarecgosa was changed to a Tier 3 5/5 This permanently keeps your enchantments from combat. Whelp Smuggler was changed to a Tier 2 2/5 After a friendly Dragon gains attack, give it +1 Health Roaring Rallier was changed to a Tier 3 2/6 Whenever a friendly Dragon attacks, give it +3/+1. Hunter of Gatherers was added Tier 5 3/6 After this gains Attack, give your minions +1 Health. Patch 29.6 Timecap'n Hooktail was removed from the game.

Im pretty sure that thousandth paper drake is an SCP foundation reference. Its one ofnmy favorites mid game, throwing a permanent windfury on a glim guardian or taragosa and makes the roaring rallier gets a ton of milage

It’s more likely a reference to the thousand paper cranes in Japanese folklore, but it would be nice to have a 1762 reference

I had a gross game with night bane with an mech board of all things, i got a golden drakari summoner and the teir 6 undead that deatroys an undead on its left to get 3 triggers at the end of my turn throwing out 150 permanent attack a turn at first combo and by the end of the game over 300. Ended up buffing a for reaper with divine and shield windfury to like 400 attack it was gross

I love your videos and style of communication... You remind me of an old friend and it's always very fun and entertaining/calming to watch you... Would love to see some videos of you playing battlegrounds to get an idea of how to play better, and thought process you go through for various decisions The guides are incredible BTW, I think perhaps views are struggling maybe just because of the size of the dedicated Battlegrounds community atm?? Not sure... I'm a huge Runescape 3 fan, and their biggest KZbin content creators have been getting some video sponsors in recent years but there's an active community of about 100k people, and guides and tips are required to play, Not sure of the active and engaged Hearthstone Battlegrounds community size, but I'm gonna hazard a guess of around 20k currently

Thank you very much! The community around BG's seem decent sized to me. Many of the larger BG's content creators get 30-70k views a video. They only do highlight videos, and it seems like that is what most people prefer to watch. I have never been at the caliber of most of those creators, so I chose to carve out my own particular corner here. Even when the larger creators do guides compared to there other videos they do very poorly, and require a TON more work. Highlight video takes a half hour to edit out simply about a hour if you want to make it more fun. Guides can take... many many hours of work to make. Luckily I enjoy making them!

I know people say kalegos is so weak, but if you do get infinite with it, nothing else can quite catch up with it. Not greymane, not pirates, not even murlocs

I like to go for "tavern spell dragons" with whelp smuggler and hooktail if I find them early. But thats not really a lategame comp but just something I like to keep on my board until I have the key pieces for the combat buffing dragons because it gives you easy scaling without having tarecgosa or a poet. The problem is to transition away from it if you kept them for too long because then you will give up too many stats and the transition into the combat drakes is too slow

Hey Heretic. I play for about 2 months now and your videos help a ton. I’m around 5000 points in solo but I struggle a little bit in duos with my partner. I read that one player is supposed to level up while the other one is playing a support build. Could you maybe do a video and explain a few tactics for duos? And builds to play support? Thanks a lot

I might do that one day, but to be honest I dislike duos completely and hate to play it personally. That being said my community keeps trying to get me to love it.

Oh damn I actually saw this happen last night... I am 99% sure its HP, then Spell, and then minion. I completely forgot about spells when I put in the ordering! So many things! Next is the quest question from someone. THINK that is HP, Quest, Spell, and THEN minion. But I would not bet my life on it. Think that is right though.

When the minion next to persisent poet dies, does the next minion start getting permanent buffs? or is that aura applied at the start of battle

Works with any minion next to Poet, after Poet dies no permanent buffs applied any more, so not an aura for sure.

Just a follow up this makes positioning so important. Its not a bad idea if you can set up a back up minion in some cases like this, and Rylak with Battlecries incase there is a cleave.
