10:06 the songs are from the actual show From Z, Movies all the way to Super(and well GT). Only missing actual Dragon Ball, which is the first part of this massive story. You should actually watch Dragon Ball 100% recommend you do so. The soundtrack you remember with the English dub is not the real soundtrack. This songs and titles you see here are the actual songs from the Franchise.

@@VenReact This is the way, there was many things the manga did differently from the anime that I very much preferred. Overall not a great arc either way imo, but the many awesome characters from it will be very fun to play in DBSZ

You'd be surprised at the amount of people that are excited for the smaller and more obscure characters too, Friezas 3rd form was actually one of the best characters in the original games imo, he was goated, I'm happy that they are including almost everyone in this game.

I will say there were other trailers ya missed lol. Before they did the trailers for the differemt Sagas, they had themed trailers for different kinds of characters. Power vs. Speed, Sword vs. Fist, Master & Pupil, etc. Which is why lots of characters in these trailers didnt get an introduction title, because they were already shown in those trailers first lol.

As far as how many characters there are. It's stated to be 182. Preorder character will make it 183, and there are 20+ characters planned for DLC. So large roster. The game also includes a fun looking custimation mode where you can create your own story battles, cutscenes, and more. We'll see how that plays out.

Two things: as someone else said, the manga and the anime are slightly different, the anime came out before the manga, so if there was any mistake at that time, it was fixed later in the manga, for example the Goku Black saga , in my opinion, is much better in the manga. but the tournament of power fights are much more entertaining in the anime. Also if you want to react to the gameplay, there are KZbinrs who have been able to play the almost final version of the game and those videos are uploaded to KZbin.

Anime and Manga are both separate canons. The manga doesn't "Fix errors", it just tells stuff differently. They are completely separate stories done by different people, using Toriyamas basic story bible as guidelines. So Toriyama basically wrote something like "Tournament of Power happens, the following characters appear, by the way Goku goes Ultra Instinct and Jiren is the end boss", and that's how both the manga and anime do it then, but how EXACTLY all of it happens is completely up to the one telling the story. That's why in the anime UI SIgn Goku has to fight Kefla while in the manga, Gohan solos her.

You only mentioned seeing Z, GT, and the movies. 😅 Also the Japanese songs that played The Android trailer - That song played in the Japanese dub when Gohan went SSJ2. It’s a very iconic song for the scene. Buu Saga - That’s the opening for the Buu Saga in the Japanese version. The song in GT - the Japanese opening for it. Super trailer song - The last opening of Super.

In the anime and manga timeline gohan is the strongest cause super hero takes place after the granola arc so hes stronger then frieza too rn
