It’s more because Hell was leaking into the mortal universe. Remember? That stupid worker wasn’t doing his job so the evil purifying machine broke? Pure evil and the undead was escaping from Hell. He CAN warp reality, but not because he is that powerful, it’s just an ability. For example, reality warping when Gogeta fought Broly was much more impressive because they broke reality with sheer power. Neither of them can do it normally like Janemba, but their brute force can affect reality anyways.

when I saw that trailer (16:31) for the first time and hearing that song made me tear up. Dan an Kokoro Hikareteku was the opening song for Dragon Ball GT. 23:19 Baby was somewhat like a parasite and he takes over the body of his host and he can lay eggs inside of them before switching to another to make them his loyal servants. That body he's using is Vegeta's, so technically he made Vegeta his bitch.

Characters like android 18 aren't in this video because this features DLC characters only. 18 was in the base roster already and Goku and Vegeta were too but only in Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan Blue forms. These DLCs were his base forms from the Saiyan Saga if you were asking how in hell wouldn't they be included in the initial roster.

Imma be honest. While some of these reveals may not hit very hard to you, seeing the SS4 reveal after the Baby reveal was so hype, and I honestly almost punched my wall accidentally from fist pumping so hard, it was so awesome and I was so excited.

So Super Baby 2 was actually a species that took over Vegeta’s body, that’s what that opening with him is and why he later turns into a Great Ape. And the kid Goku in that they showed is actually an older than DBZ Goku who was accidentally wished back into a child but he still has access to his transformations, that’s why he was fighting Baby and has an adult transformation (SSJ4)

In the game, every "Goku" you see is a completely different playable character - not a powerup or transformation of any sorts. You can play as Goku in his base form from when Vegeta and Nappa invaded, Super Saiyan Goku from later in DBZ and then some Dragon Ball GT and Dragon Ball Super forms / versions. There's also "Goku Black", but he doesn't really count.

So if you remember mr. Satan from dbz abridged. Videl is his daughter. Her and gohan meet in high school and end up falling in love and having a child together. The great saiyaman is an alternate identity gohan took so he could still fight bad guys while being allowed to go to high-school like a normal kid. I also firmly believe is a a way for him to deal with the psychological trauma he suffered from fighting the ginyu force as a child on namek

Each time Goku and Vegeta fuse it's a slightly different mixture of their personality So, TLDR; Gogeta (SS4): Vegeta's pride and inclination for taunting others + Goku's easygoing, cheerful nature = Arrogant and prone to toy with their opponents (even though the fusion has a time limit) rarely takes the fight seriously but when they stop playing THEY. STOP. PLAYING. Vegetto(Blue): a little bit of Vegeta's cockiness + a little bit of Goku's Playfulness + Vegeta's strategic mind and tactical fighting + Goku's ingenuity and creativity = Enjoys the fight but also very efficient when needed Gogeta (Blue): Vegeta's aggressiveness and moking attitude + Goku's benevolent and respectful nature = Confident and Ruthless but not unnecessarily cruel

With the Broly movie for Abridged showing up soon in your playlist I think it might be a good idea to see the trailer for the new Broly movie that came out a year ago...just so you can see the new design for him. Broly is another character like Vegeta but this time the creator of Dragon Ball DIDN'T make Broly but again Broly became a super popular character to the point the creator finally had to acknowledge him decades later. The trailer is so well done and shows how dangerous he is when you enrage him. I'm sure other people will tell you about Jiren and that you guys will have to react to the ToP.

So, a TL,DR for some of the character stuff here, since there's a lot that is from material the abridged is never gonna cover: The two "Gogeta's" you see here are a fusion (literally) of Goku and Vegeta. Fusion was a temporary form boost of sorts introduced in Fat Kirby's saga. Kefla (Kale+Caulifla) is another such fusion. Jiren, Kefla, Zamasu and one of the versions of Broly here are all from Dragonball Super, the sequal series to Z. Same with Goku's Ultra Instinct form. Little Goku, Baby, and the hairy (super saiyan 4) Gogeta are from Dragonball GT, a frankly rough and non-canon sequel to Z that still had some good ideas. Thus, aspects of it were used for this game! And lastly, the reason there are so many versions of Goku and Vegeta you can play is because their fighting styles developed/changed over time alongside their powerup forms. So it both fills out the character roster and allows players to use different movesets from their diverse arsenals!

In DB Super Manga/Anime, it is established, there are multiple universes. Goku and our friends come from the 7th universe. Caulifla and Kale are the first female Saiyans we meet and came from the 6th. Universe. Caulifla is basically a female Goku... simple, impulsive, naughty, loves fighting. Her girlfriend Kale is the complete opposite... shy, quiet and doesn't like fighting much. But she seems to have the power of the legendary Supersaiyajin in her (Like Broly)... with the divine Porata earrings they unite to Kefla.... And just like Gogeta, the dominant personality remains. Is such a thing with the fusions that the characters become quite silly and cocky....

Fun fact: The character Kefla is a fusion character. Kefla is the fusion between two characters named Kale and Caulifla, both of which are Saiyans from Universe 6. Universe 6 is the parallel universe of Universe 7, which is the main Dragon Ball universe that everything you’ve seen so far takes place in. Kefla is specifically the result of Kale and Caulifla fusing with objects known as the Potara Earrings. Potara Earrings belong to the Kais, the upper gods of the Dragon Ball multiverse. When one fusee wears an Potara Earring on their right ear and another fusee wears a Potara Earring on their left ear, the two fuses will join together into a fused fighter, who is typically much more powerful than the sum of their parts. Goku and Vegeta have even fused with the Potara Earrings. Twice in fact. Once during the Majin Buu arc and then again in the Goku Black arc. The Potara fusion of Goku and Vegeta is named Vegito, and he is extremely powerful and fun to watch. The other method of fusion within Dragon Ball is the Fusion Dance. Goku and Vegeta have also fused with this method before, forming the mighty Gogeta.

I think you guys missed the subtitle with Videl, she called the Great Saiyaman, Gohan. Great Saiyaman is 16 year old Gohan during his Highschool years. Videl is the child of proclaimed World Champion, Mr.Satan AKA Hercule, who falls in love and eventually marries Gohan.

To give more context: Fighterz is different from others DragonBall games because is more like Tekken and Street Fighters; so yes, there are no power ups during the fight, but different phase character are completely different characters standing alone (Ex. Goku, Goku Super Saiyan and Goku Ultra Instinct are three different playable characters).

The music that plays during the Gogeta SS4 Trailer is called, DAN DAN, which was the intro theme to DBGT. A series that released immediately after DBZ ended in 1997. It was sadly poorly received and was cancelled. Super Saiyan 4 appearance had the most unique transformation.......unlike Super Saiyan Blue which was just a simple color swap. During GT, old villains from classic Dragon ball, Pilaf, Mai and Shu, gather the Black Star Dragon Balls and accidentally wish Goku to become a child. When he unlocks SS4 transformation, he becomes an adult with magical pants🤣🤣🤣.Black Star Dragon Balls were created back when Kami and Piccolo were originally the mysterious namekian before the separation. You have to regather the Dragon Balls scattered across the universe unless the planet they were first summoned gets destroyed within the year, so Kid Goku, his grand daughter Pan and Trunks travel around to gather them.

"Migatte no gokui" = Ultra Instinct aka The final technique of the Gods. Is currently in the Dragonball SUPER Manga Gokus strongest/new power up. Because Vegeta and Goku had reached a level..which means..they cannot get stronger/better by physical training. It's all about Ki/mind now. Life-energy. The special thing about the fighting technique is that during the fight you do not think about the next movement, but every part of the body basically reacts by itself. This can be compared to our breathing. We don't think about the next breath, we just do it. A state of mind and body that is 100% based on instinct. The fighting technique Ultra Instinct from the anime series Dragon Ball was inspired by Bruce Lee, who first described this state. Bruce Lee describes the state as combining natural instinct with control over one's body and bringing them into harmony. It means, this technique has a real background.

Space-Moon Guy is Jiren. A honorable warrior from the 11th. Universe and in some specific arc in the Manga, he was the strongest opponent (not villian) Goku and Vegeta every faced. Jiren is a fighter for justice and tries to figure out what lays beyond "strength"

The Explanation for the music in the ssj4 Dragon ball GT was that GT was to be the ACTUAL ENDING of the Dragon ball series, that music's supposed to be the send-off to the series in terms of the Story of dragon ball. but then they've made Dragon Ball SUPER years later. Super saiyan 4 was to be Goku/Vegeta's final form in GT. So DBS Gogeta((super saiyan blue)) and GT Gogeta((super saiyan 4)) in the same game was to rekindle the debates on which is better/stronger. For context, dragon ball gt and dragon ball super are 2 different continuations of dragon ball Z. The super Saiyan 4 transformation with the red furry body is from gt, while the super saiyan blue and ultra instinct are from super. Baby goku is also from gt as he got turned into a kid there. Red hair gojeta is gt, blue hair is super. You might have noticed 2 brolys too. One is from dbz movie which is now non-Canon, and the other is a new version in super. All these won’t be in dbz abridged sadly.

In most Dragon Ball games, from what I remember, you do have to an option choose each "powered up" version of the character. So for Goku, most games will have Base, Super Saiyan 1-4, Child Goku from GT, Super Saiyan God, Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (more commonly called Super Saiyan Blue) and Ultra Instinct. I know your DBA Abridged series is coming to a close here shortly, which is a bummer. I would recommend watching at least the last saga, the Buu saga, after you are done. Vegeta has an amazing character arc and he really develops into even a better person that Goku in my opinion. I know you've both come to really love Vegeta.

Baby sounds pretty laughable but he is pretty strong and mad about the saiyans. is the last survivor of the Tuffle race who is rebuilt by his creation, Dr. Myuu as a Machine Mutant to exterminate the Saiyans and restore his kind by controlling everyone on Earth. He is the main antagonist of the Baby Saga in Dragon Ball GT. (Non Canon) but the idea.. of a last survivor takes revenge on the saiyans was pretty cool. His name means, because he startes as a kinda helpless creature and absorbe every fighter we know to get stronger and stronger... Haven't that heard in a while huh..? Dragonball has reach his Zenith

If you want to see gogeta's personality it's really kind of varying. If you watch gogeta versus janemba he's very serious but if you watch ssj4 gogeta versus Omega shenron. He's very joking and non-serious. Honestly if y'all are able to you should look up those scenes from the animes and movies. Watch the different movie end battle sequences If it's possible

It's basically the same character and all parallel universe/timeline stuff is not canon so far.

Vegito and Gogeta are combinations of both the techniques, combat prowess, and appearance of Vegeta and Goku. Unfortunately, to counteract the extreme power of these characters, they also tend to adapt the WORST personality traits of Vegeta and Goku (Vegeta's pride and cockiness along with Goku's tendency to "play with his food"), which is why Vegito and Gogeta rarely ever finish off the big villain they're fighting against. The way it tends to go is Gogeta looks a bit more like Vegeta but acts more like Goku, while Vegito looks a bit more like Goku but acts more like Vegeta. Also, the Gogeta with the blue hair is from Dragon Ball Super (canon) and the Gogeta with red hair is from Dragon Ball GT (not canon). There's also a Death Battle between Vegito and Gogeta that would be interesting to watch.

The fusion dance turns Goku and Vegeta into Gogeta who is mostly Goku's personality at the forefront while the potara earrings which are earrings given to them from a kami that once worn on oposite ears they fuse into Vegito who like the name suggests is Mostly Vegeta at the forefront in personality hence the haughty/cocky personality lol.Gogeta is from Dragonball GT and a few movies mostly, Vegito is from Dragonball Z and super later on.

That's not true. They're the same entity and only called by different names because of the way they are born (fusion dance and potara earings, Gogeta said it himself on the Broly movie), but since Gogeta ssj and ssj blue only appeared to end the fight then he defeats the enemy quick. Gogeta ssj4 and Vegito have shown to have the same personality 😊

The saiyan that wrecked goku vegeta and frieza was broly the canon Version of a previous movie character he is the hulk of the franchise a kind hearted saiyan that hates conflict and violence because once he lets his power out he can’t control himself he is extremely skilled in combat and gets more powerful the more he fights he is powerful enough to break reality as a whole during one of his battles

Jiren is from another universe, whom fought Goku and his pals during the tournament of power. Kefla is an fusion of Kale and Caulifla, Saiyan for another universe who also participate in the tournament of power. Videl is the daughter of the World Martial arts champion Mr.Satan and her partner is great saiyaman (aka Gohan), she will later go on and marry Gohan. Zamasu is a god with a GOD complex and hates human ESPECIALLY goku. Kid Goku is a form that Goku took during GT, basically a villain from the original series wish to be younger but accidentally wishes Goku to be younger. Broly (the big beefy man) hates Goku. Broly (DBS) is a canon version and didn't hate Goku. Super Baby 2 is a a villain from GT. The Saiyan wiped out his entire race and later on he takes over Vegeta's body and mind control Goku's family and friends. Janemba is a movie villain who is made up of evil souls, in other words he's pure evil

Lol, nope, Videl isn't Chichi's sister, but Gohan's eventual girlfriend and even later eventual wife :). And honestly, as a character, she's one of my favorites in DBZ. If you watch the show for what happens after Cell, you'll meet her. Shes funny and honestly a badass in her own right. Baby is a character from the DBGT series, which isn't canon to the actual story. He's a body snatching parasite alien. That form is his 3rd form after taking over Vegeta. The child Goku you see fighting him is Goku in DBGT. A villain from original DB wished Goku was a kid again on the dragonballs and welp, child Goku.
