Great video as always! I was wondering, could you do a video on sparking blast ki loops/combos? For example, SS Goku, SS Vegeta I’ve seen in tournaments where they manage to vanish cancel, dash cancel the ki blast and then land again and continue the combo? It’s hard to explain so sorry, my bad

Well the thing is its gonna be different for every single character. 16's loop is different than gokus is different than XYZ. A video covering every permutation would be like an hour long. That said if there's interest I might cover a specific characters loop.

How to deal with kid buu was literally in the works, then the patch got announced. Gonna wait til patch comes out and see how that works out cause whats the point of a video that would be only valid info for 2 weeks. Could say "watch out for xyz" then xyz got nerfed!

I found that after the air dash doing: j.M > j.H > (land) > S > H is much more consistent because you cant accidentally do j.S while doing j.H

Unfortunately I am just not happy with SFV as it stands right now. The most recent balance patch kinda killed my want to play the game. Whenever there is a new patch I would gladly return to the game if I think there's something there for me but just not a fan right now :( I will be covering Soul Calibur 6 and Dead or Alive 6 in the future and maybe smash as well. I will return to sfv only if I can muster up the interest for it. I wish I did like it right now honestly cause I love SF as a whole but just don't like the current balance.

If you plan on taking the game seriously then I think through thick and thin you're just gonna have to play it. Casually I think the game is fine but competitively it does have a major top-tier issue.

My hangups are not yours! A lot of people love sfv as it stands its just my predilection towards always gravitating towards bad characters (vega) and then constantly being disappointed by every patch as he started as a bottom 5 character, and has only gotten worse over time.

I definitely my think that you should. Your channel send to be the the best place for Dragon Ball tutorials. Plus you have some of the best character specific tutorials. I feel like pros just assume that you can figure it out by seeing but I just never can get the timing.

For some reason I can't do it without doing the 2m after the down medium into medium cartwheel. I keep getting the ki blast in the air if I don't use it what could be the problem

Simply timing, you are hitting ki blast too early then. That could by symtomatic of you dont have your dash after cartwheel time on lock, meaning you are landing at different times each time thus your ki blast timing can be off. The 2m method does like 30~ more damage overall though so if you can do it go for it, I just don't find it as reliable.

It can still be done but you have to use the ex version and you don't need to dash as buu will move towards them automatically
