Ima keep this short because I’m not tryna write an essay, but legends main problem is their very noticeable decline in effort and actual playable events. They keep recycling and giving us things like choice battle calling the “great events”. What needs to be talked about is the deprivation of events like original series and legends road. Remember that story event from the 4th anni that had 3 f2p characters you could 14 star. They should bring back old events and revamp them for better rewards. We should get one amazing free ultra the cracks the top 5 in a celebration. I’m a celebration, we should get a sparking zenkai every week and a Lf zenkai every upcoming LF banner. If we got even this level of content, the last update with ZMZ and goku black wouldn’t have stung so much. We were severely disappointed because the first week of the fest was dry asf. So when they announced a f2p, LF zenkai, and a plat we got hype. Longer story short, legends needs to be more creative, generous, and show effort

For me the 4 anniversary is when the holes started to show for me. To get LL Z Power, you had to do Co-Op an absurd number of times. I never even touch TOP, and this legends fest is extremely mediocre, until more is released, remember that trailer when tag Vegeta and Goku were released? Now just slap the SS4s to them, and there you go.

"Game Original" tag should just become what Crossover is in Dokkan - make it so that unique/non-mainline characters are included. There's already a small setup with LL Bardock, F2P 21, DBZK Goku, Shallot, Giblet and Zahha. Then you lump in stuff like SSJ3 Vegeta, SSJ3 Broly, Gokule, all the SDBH forms, Dr Slump content (Arale and co.), and so on

The problem I see with nerfing characters is as you touch on. Though the community is always saying they want overbearing units to be weaker I think there would be a greater amount of backlash from players claiming “they baited our summons by purposefully making them a must summon and then nerfed the unit after they took our money. Look how scummy legends devs are” and the devs probably know that and don’t want to take that hit because improving the meta of the game is not worth the reputation of the devs/game

Goresh, featured boost system came out Dec 2021. We had tag goku vegeta blue by then. It was not introduced to curb the presence of Zenkais. They were already losing relevancy by then.

I think boost system for new characters is fine as long as it is applicable for low stars new character. If they hit a certain no. of stars then they don't need boost. Think about this way a 8 start to 14 star Beast Gohan or Tag Super Saiyan Goku or Vegeta does not need any buff, they are competitive enough at that time.

If i had to remove one thing from legends, it would be the pvp boost system for the new summonable units..that boost buffs up an already broken unit which is not fun if u get shafted in the banner.. Just boost old units and new f2p units that needs the buffs.

If I had to remove one thing from Legends, I’d either remove Card Draw Speed, or the nerf to combo compensation. Card Draw speed is the effect that started this whole massive power creep thing in the first place, and it got even worse with the nerf to combo compensation. Mostly because, you could string long combos, do a bunch of damage, and get loads of Dragon Balls. It’s gotten to a point where if you don’t have that effect, you’re basically fodder.

I don't understand the 7 star requirement for zenkais it makes it very hard for f2p players especially for LF zenkais. EZAs in dokkan don't require you to rainbow the unit first so I don't get the need for the 7 star condition.

Considering how the vanish system works, I think this is a terrible idea (not the concept, the execution) It would result in super passive matches where each player looks for a pv, and only bring aoe green card units

I was a pve player but it took me more than 2 years to do regularly pvp my 1st regular team was LOE now in use movies then son family and beast gohan teams I do use ultra broly pan and beast for many of the matches but lately I'm using tag ssj4 beast and pan. Pan will grow old and relevant for a long time. Hopefully legends don't mess it up. But they probably will

Featured boost system doesn't need to be in the game anymore, it just makes new units way too busted and it doesn't let other units who aren't boosted shine as much, not to mention zenkais aren't the recking force they once where so there's no need for it now, it just makes you have to use the new units cause of the boost they have makes them do more damage and tank way more then they actually should to the point it doesn't even make sense some times like pan not dying as easily as she should type disadvantage just cause of the featured boost, once they loose it a lot of units fall back a lot cause they're not that good without the boost and then newer units with the same boost just are better option then the ones who don't have it to begin with just cause of the raw amount of extra stats the boost gives

Hearthstone was more RNG than legends though. If you limit RR and/or make it more consistent (i.e unguessable but maybe a bit less damage?), then it would be mostly skill based. The RNG component of drawing cards is acceptable.

With the Co-Op Zamasu Z-Power you can just do the 3 daily times one and use the 10 skip tickets you can buy from the shop that gives you 800 Z-Power everyday
