But I can definitely understand people preferring classics movie and GT characters over new Super characters.

They are either going to be milked for more money despite many of us already paying $110 OR possibly saving a lot of them to add into a second title down the line. I bet if we get them we will probably see Garlic, Turles, Slug, Z broly & his dad, bojack and that bad af lasanga girl I wanted to smash when I was a kid, the androids from super 13 movie, hirudegan, hatchyjack, pikkon, janempa and janemba, GT characters, maybe some if the xenoverse and FighterZ original characters as a crossover too, but as DLC. BT3 had pretty much everything and it was made after all the shows and movies had already come out. If they did BT4, it would’ve been the SAME GAME just looking like Sparking Zero. So of course they’re gonna advertise the game with mostly newer characters and some staples from the original stuff. But Cooler and 13 aren’t staples. They’re not even canon. So there’s no reason for them to advertise those characters. HOWEVER, buying the $110 version of the game is your own fault. No reason to buy that as it’s just some extra cosmetics and voice lines and stuff. Already enough content in the game to make do without. But let’s say you are dumb enough to get it. Even if you put 10 hours into the game total, you’ll get the entertainment value. Movies cost up to 20 bucks and only have 2 hours of fresh content that isn’t even interactive. Never understood the complaints about game prices. They are literally THE BEST VALUE when it comes to entertainment hours per dollar spent. Plus, support the fucking devs so they can make money and potentially release games like this again. The stinginess of people like you are what make games like this take 17 years to make. Let's see your prediction after the trailer reveal today. Lord slug I feel might make it in because out of all DB games not one of them have Goku's False SSJ form. So just maybe Sparking Zero might be the first to include that character. Not even SDBH, Dokkan or Legends has that Goku. Same with Goku having SSJ Kaioken like he did in the other world tournament. Or that other false SSJ Goku did fighting ppl in hell. Honestly I don't see no movie characters not making it in. But I do believe that all Ozzaru forms have been removed. The only characters I expect to see that form from in the game is Vegeta. Kid Goku & Baby Vegeta. Based off what I see no Saiyan characters revealed has any extra slots next to them for there Ozzaru forms to be placed. Except maybe bardocc. But I believe his transformation was also removed. But maybe some item in the game might give them that form in secret. So think about it No Nappa Ozzaru No Fasha Ozzaru No Raditz Ozzaru No Turles Ozzaru No Kid Gohan Ozzaru No Bardocc Ozzaru No King Vegeta Ozzaru That's 7 extra slots open, which makes each room for any other old characters to remain without being removed. Even Evil buu may remain and can absorb fat buu to transform into Super buu which wasn't possible in old games. To me this game has been going the extra mile to make dope transformation animations. So I don't see them passing up the opportunity to make cool transformation scenes for characters like Bojacc, Garlic Jr. Or any giant namekian. also that green glow that Zangya & her galactic team mates had like Bojacc 's full power form might appear in the Sparking mode. Kind of similar to how far buu has his smoke / steam only appear while in Sparking mode. But what's also crazy is it's possible Broly Super might not have a base form. But we'll have to wait and see as there is a slot open in front of him. But this last trailer killed the hope of seeing Bergamo's brothers with him as they put Android there. So they will probably be DLC.

We’re still missing a ton of movie characters as well. We still need Z Gogeta, Janempa and super Janemba, Bojack and his underlings, cooler and his underlings, meta cooler, Z Broly, Hirudegarn, Tapion, Super 13 and his underlings, Lord Slug and his giant form, turtles, etc. With that being said, clearly there aren’t enough slots to include all of those movie characters, all of those GT characters, and all of those OG DB characters. Which leads me to believe that they’re going to be added as DLC, because every game needs to have DLC nowadays, so I’m assuming they’ll do a movie DLC pack that includes all of the movie characters, and an OG DB pack that includes all of the OG DB characters. I’m pretty sure GT will take up 90% of the remaining 49 characters, because GT has the most popular characters and transformations between OG DB, and movies. There’s so many characters between OG DB, and movies, that they could easily support the game for years with DLC, much like xenoverse 2 has been supported for so many years.

There's a reason we haven't seen any Z movie characters or GT characters yet... They are either going to be milked for more money despite many of us already paying $110 OR possibly saving a lot of them to add into a second title down the line. I bet if we get them we will probably see Garlic, Turles, Slug, Z broly & his dad, bojack and that bad af lasanga girl I wanted to smash when I was a kid, the androids from super 13 movie, hirudegan, hatchyjack, pikkon, janempa and janemba, GT characters, maybe some if the xenoverse and FighterZ original characters as a crossover too, but as DLC. It's Bandai and modern gaming. They literally can't NOT omit stuff to milk for more money lol at this point I'd be unsurprised if they added a battlepass somehow 😂
