Blast an ape head to do way more damage than grabbing his tail. If your build is focused on basic attacks then grabbing tail is the most damage you can do. If your build is strike supers then Blue Hurricane is just the most effective way to deal with apes. You can also redo Pan's mastery mission as it gives a massive amount of exp. The catch to this is Pan has to be your mentor. It gives 30 000 for every Z rank, 20 000 for every S rank, and Default of about 17 000.

To all those wondering why Rhymestyle's Ki Blast attacks were hardly affecting the Great Apes: from all my time spent grinding that quest so far ive noticed that when they are in animations like walking, turning around or standing up their stamina bar seems unaffected by any attacks(but not their health bar). However this is only my assessment after beating it 50 times so i could be wrong.

If you haven't got a character thats finished the game a good way to get alot of experience fast is to just do your masters last challenge over and over, gets you around 15000 exp each time and if you just spam its easy enough

Or, if your first character is level 80 , do the seven star mission " Defeat Broly " and use a different character like ss4 Vegeta or ss4 Goku and you get about 40,000 exp . My second character went from lvl 1-47 in one day .

You can carry two dragon balls before returning to the shuttle in the Broly PQ. Makes the runs even faster.

Me and my friend have another method for higher level characters with this mission too. First pick up the Dragon Ball to get Broly then beat the hell out of him. Afterwards collect all the dragon balls. Afterwards broly will get back up and there will be more Dragon balls. Once again beat broly then collect the other 4 dragon balls. That'll give you 40000 exp on average most times more

I do believe if you haven't completed story mode, if you've at least cleared frieza, keep going into the last mission for the frieza saga, where SSJ Goku and you fight full power evil mode frieza. SSJ Goku does so much dmg, even at lvl one, all you have to do is stay alive and it's fairly quick. Once you get up high enough though, id do PQ 15 or so, the explosion of namek and clear that solo. Should give a bit more xp, an has a chance of netting you a dargon barl!!!

I found that fighting the final form of demigra is very easy to defeat at level 25 and up because goku helps it takes about 3 mins or so but it is one of the most enjoyable in my opinion

Great Ape Baby gives really good exp and all you really need is a bit of sustain and blast damage.

If this has already been mentioned then sorry ahead of time but there is an even faster way to level a secondary character than this method Rhymestyle. I figured out that so long as you login with the character you want to level, you can do parallel quest 51 using someone like Broly or any other powerful character and beat the mission using them. The points you get still go to your character and if you do well, we are talking 50,000+ exp a pop. This works with any mission really.

I have a tip, play high level quests online with other people a few times. Most likely you guys will complete the quest and you will gain a ton of xp.

Curious for an answer...I really want a Frieza race but I hate that there isn't any equips that really work for me. I originally was a physical build but was having issues at the Buu saga part, so I went back and made a Ki blast build, but like I said, there isn't much equips I can use for it. well if you have a lvl 1 character and you beated the game do the last mission in the demigra saga and die you'll level up to like level 12 and then when your level 20 get goku to spawn and fight demigra with goku (go far away and blast him for you will not die)

Oh I haven't tested this fully but I started another master on my maxed character and then left to max out another character and my master was still there long story short I beat the 3 great ape's like 4-5 time's got to like lv.45-50 and I went back to my other and I was able to do all the quest from my master without doing more quest to unlock them. You can try to test that for people who are having problem's doing master quest's. You get experience,dragon balls,master's z soul's, and the master special move's.

***** Be sure when you're trying to stun the Oozaru, you want to aim for the face. I noticed you had a rough time trying to stun because you were locked on to the body. I don't know why they even make the body a lock-on target honestly. xD

If you have a friend, do the Broly mission, but KO Broly and get more Dragon Balls. You can get 50,000+ ex. I got to lvl 60 in less than half an hour

XD. In his intro he was trying to play it off all cool like he knew about this method the whole time lol. Also, this is the 100% best way to get EXP, the great ape method gives you 30k as opposed to this ones 19k. But this one only takes me 40 seconds, and the great ape one takes me about 2 minutes 30 seconds at level 80.

Hey, found a quicker way. Great ape festival. I can take new char with blue hurricane and maximum charge and a-z the quest in about 3 to 7 mins. Massive levels, at least 1 every time even in late 70s. Also random chance at time patroller and dragonball drop. Happy grinding all

Why are all the xp farms for your second character?? I'm level 31 and I can't even pass the cell saga cuz they're too strong. I'm still trying to farm for Super Saiyan from the Legendary Super Saiyan parallel quest. I'm nowhere near doing this method cuz I barely have any of the parallel quests

if you kill broly u get 2x the amount if you just collect the dragon balls. Just sit back and spam ult with kid buu dark form while videl, goten, trunks, and gohan get beat up really easy quest.

Emster Erick mine was just an estimation but considering its higher up than the monkey one it most likely gives more exp only reason to do monkey one over Broly one is to get time patroller. Otherwise the Broly one is easier because he never attacks you so you can just spam ultimates and kill him then collect dragon balls and repeat when he revives if he revives.

so just saiyan, grabs are based off of your basic attack damage, including against great apes. bottom line if you dont put many points into basic attacks and focus more on ki supers just use them and you'll do way more damage than grabbing the tail

Do it online because the coms are retarded. i got 100x bigbang kamehameha on my first try but that was just luck because the drop rates are so low in this game. If your a saiyan spam ultimate attacks until the quest is over.

You get Maximum Ki Charge from the store after you have advanced to a certain point in the story mode. And in Japanese Super Saiyan is Super Saiyajin so thats where the J comes in.
