Sucks the song had to be cut. The song they did for the scene was a straight translation from the song that was played in the original Japanese scene. They paid one of their friends to sing it for the scene and my gosh they did AMAZING

And the absence of that song in the original English dub was just criminal. In fact, I find how they did Gohan going SSJ2 in the original English dub insulting. _DBZ Kai_ did it justice better, but _DBZA_ probably did it the best.

This has always been my favorite transformation in all of Dragonball. Honestly, there’s an argument to be made that this is the best version of all time. Between the song, the scream, and even the speech leading up to it, TeamFourStar did a masterful job of making this.

Cell's first form had a lot of innuendos. It's been kind of full circle as towards the end he acted like his first form

that was team Four stars idea of Cell if he's going to be fighting he's going to have fun with it and Cell's way of having fun is making opponents feel as uncomfortable as possible with all the sex jokes and innuendos

He doesn't do it to make people feel uncomfortable. His Saiyan side just gets off so much on the thrill of the fight that it's like sex to him. That's why he and Goku had a bit of a fighting "romance" with each other because it's essentially how Goku feels as well without the innuendos.

So the thing about cell's characterisation is that first he was creepy and more about forcing himself on everyone because that's how his ability worked and what he needed to do be stronger, then second form was only creepy towards 18 because at that point he didn't need to absorb the regular people and when he became perfect he was getting used to what he was suposed to be, to his perfect form so he was mostly feeling himself out but after a while he both got used to his perfect form but also began to fear that he would never use the his form to the fullest extent because everyone is below him so that's when he directed his hornyness to Battle, the means through which his "perfection" is fully expressed

Vegeta may hate Team Three-Star, but he hates Yamcha so much more that when Yamcha wants to join, he refuses to allow it. Almost as if despite his hatred for Team Three-Star, a small part of him accepts it.

Tfs intention with Cell was to make him “fight sexual” he gets off on fighting. Which is why his fight with Goku is so innuendo laden. Gohans dormant power or at least the promise of it, and thus a better fight are making Cell really horny. Especially after Goku blue balled him.

Creepy Cell shows up during strong fights.

Think of it through the lens of _The Mask of Zorro_ (1998). Antonio Banderas sword fights playfully and slightly mocking, even to the person who killed his brother, but then he faces Catherine Zeta-Jones. The camera lens is literally dripping with sexual chemistry between the two when they sword fight. It's not just that she is beautiful, what really gets his sword stiffy up is that she has "had the proper [fencing] instruction since she was four." So the sexual creepiness ramped up in Cell because the presence of Goku (who he thought would be his ultimate opponent) drew it out of him. None of the other fighters could "perform" as well as Goku. Now Gohan basically tells Cell if he dominates him up _hard_ enough then he'll be able to "perform" better than his dad, and so he can't resist.
