Fun Fact the guy at 28:05 is Super Baby Vegeta, hes taken over Vegeta's body and if you listen very closely he calls the Final Flash "Big Bang Attack" cause he doesn't know Vegeta's moves. he also does this in Sparking Zero.

The red furred versions of Goku & Vegeta is SSJ4, a primal state and advancement of the Great Golden Ape. The form is so devastating that SSJ4 Gogeta is pretrayed nigh-invincible throughout the DB media. Definitely recommend watching OG before GT, it arguably has some of the best fights in the franchise and easily the best written compared to the other series.

The Saiyan woman is Fasha she is one of Bardock's Crew, she is not related to Vegeta in any way if she was she wouldn't be with Bardock's crew. Dr. Wheelo is from the movie, the Worlds Strongest, he was a brilliant but evil scientist similar to Dr. Gero. However one day he vanished from the face of the Earth. What happened was what could be called divine intervention a great blizzard occurred trapping him in Ice for all time till his assistant Dr. Kojin found the Dragonballs and used them to break the ice. The Namekian is Slug, originally he was a very old and wrinkled Namekian and used the dragonballs to regain his youth. He's a 'Super Namekian' a mutant form of Namekian that have the unique ability, at that time, to become giants Piccolo is also a Super Namekian, at that time, so he and Slug are quite similar. So DBZ Broly was unique in that when he went Super Saiyan instead of the usual gold color his hair was blue, and this was done a *looooooooooong* time ago. He was also the Legendary Super Saiyan, what's the difference between Legendary Super Saiyan and Regular? Legendary Super Saiyan's were in a state where the longer they existed the more powerful they became it's quite possible if Goku hadn't beaten Broly he would've become a very dire threat. The 'Postal Boy' is General Blue he's a human with psychic powers and is very.... fond of men and dislikes women. The character you didn't know was android 13 he was created by a backup computer that thinks it's Dr. Gero. He's very famous for his 'Texan' accent. Along with his infamous, "Don't you lecture me with your 30 dollar haircut!" line... and his even more infamous dick punch.

The Red furred version of Goku and Vegeta is Super Saiyan 4, meant to be a stronger, yet much more aggressive version of Super Saiyan, even to the point where Goku started acting like Vegeta at some point during a fight. Unfortunately GT was made non canon with the introduction of Dragon Ball Z, Battle of Gods.

This even continues today with Manga Canon and Anime Canon being separate but back then the line was far more… blurry if that makes sense. Edit: I hate making edits however to my Knowledge GT is still to a degree canon as Toriyama classified it as a separate timeline along with the movies.

I'm so happy to finally see this. Saw it show up on Patreon a while ago and have been excited to see. While this is fun, if you want some cuteness and comedy, i recommend a compilation of all unique interactions. Characters have quick intros each fight, but certain combinations have unique dialogue, and some of them are hilarious.

You just didn't know the OG, GT and some movie characters. Like Super 13 the one that was kicking Goku's ass while he was running in the ice. You didn't recognize Grandpa Gohan (who you called the huntress/hunter). Believe it or not, someones kid who's much older is here who you know of. Sparking Zero i believe will focus more on canon characters, so we might not be seeing these movie characters as well as GT characters in Sparking Zero. Fingers crossed though since GT characters are highly popular because of their designs and SS4 form.

​​​@@GirlofCulture No, they should definitely watch OG dragonball. It's actually written by the original author and is a part of the story and explains all the character's back story and origins. It's definitely the more fun show once it get's to the tournament arcs and is much better written that GT (which is called Goku Time (GT) because it sidelines all the characters except for Goku). Also this type of stuff was definitely less frowned upon in 1980s Japan. Like not even an argument, considering the weird stuff that's still in modern japanese anime.

I like that they had different versions of certain characters and their devlop through out the series (Anime and Movies), one of the best examples being Goku, first you obviously have him as a child but then there's him as an adult where he has an Early, Mid and Late versions of him to show off his experiences. That guy at 31:23 is known as Nam. He was one of Goku's opponents in his first tournament. For the majority of the time you see him, he always has a serious expression. With good reason. He's entered the tournament to win the money and buy water for his people. Although, deep beneath his tough exterior, he is an honorable man, and a good sport. After he lost his fight to Goku, he gave him a handshake and congratulated him. Even Goku commended him as a great fighter.

The red fur is a transformation that happens in dragonball GT, y’all seen it before through reacting to dragon ball fighterz. Dragonball GT is the original trilogy, back in the early 2000s where all the dragon ball shows was already completed. The timeline or chronologically order was dragonball, Dragonball Z, and the finale was dragonball GT. But 18 years later, dragon ball super was produced and dragon ball super is in a weird area of the timeline, dragon ball super is in between Dragonball Z and Dragonball GT. So dragon ball super is considered a prequel. (Note: Dragonball GT air date in Japan concluded in 1996 but the dub version outside of Japan was completed in the early 2000s)

@rainofkhandaq6678 the reason Dragonball GT doesn't have a manga is simply because the creator didn't want to continue Dragonball anymore, Akira toriyama has expressed his exhaustion and left whatever future of dragonball in the hands of toei animation. I don't like to use the word canon personally because it's not a word that is familiar in Japan, none of the officials that produce anything Dragonball related categorized parts of the series as "canon or non-canon" so I personally refuse to use those terms. My ideology is similar to Akira toriyama, so I preach his message a lot!
