My team and I went all Dragapult against the opponent's team. At the 2:30 mark they surrendered because it turns out four Dragapult flying around in circles turns the game into bullet hell. Also, Slow Smoke is great here since it slows down Dragonite and it's on a low CD

I was the Dragonite in the first round, Shulong!UT, and I do believe E-speed dragonite is the most broken pokemon for this mode, its only flaw is that it cant hit dragon dance dragapult and goodra walls it pretty well.

No, it can hit dragon dance dpult since it's not stun-resistant. You just need to be close enough which isn't that hard to do.

@@MusicComet as long as you stay away it’s pretty hard for a dragonite to catch you. And most of the time you aren’t having a 1v1 in this mode. If you get caught you are definitely cooked but with eject button and shadow ball Dragapult can traverse the map extremely quickly and go through obstacles faster than dragonite can

I think it's really between espeed dnite and pulse goopa. Edrift miraidon can compete at times. But those two are the kings

You don't have to just play the Dragon mode. You can also complete certain missions in Ranked and Standard. One of the Pokemon I picked is Dragapult and one of the missions is getting KOs with Dragon Dance which is just outright IMPOSSIBLE in this mode due to low cooldown Crowd Control. But I can farm the mission in the Standard A.I. mode. Just want to let everyone know!

Miraidon would be totally insane, except the problem is that like 95% of people who play it have no clue how to play it optimally. Electro drift is OP but it is a speedster build with a high skill ceiling and every other Miraidon teammate I have had so far has no idea how to play it correctly.

Drain crown is actually pretty good on dragonite with the outrage, and dragapult is a high skill high reward pokemon due to its high mobility with dragon dance, but it kinda gets countered by extreme speed

I had Dragonite and Garchomp chosen, Garchomp's mission was to KO 30 opponents with boosted attacks which seems bad for this mode.

Unlimited dragon dance Dragapult is super fun, especially with full heal being on like a 8 second cooldown or something like that

Tips for anyone doing the Dragon Dustup challenges: You can do the challenges in modes other than Dragon Dustup. So that means that if you try to do the challenges in any other mode, like standard or other quick matches, it will still count towards the challenges. Not sure if it works for CPU matches tho. As for the Goodra mission, ehat I found somewhat effective was this: When an objective was about to spawn, I camped in the grass nearby. Once 2-3 enemies showed up to rip the ovjective and got clustered up in the process, I jumped out and tried to Power Whip them. Still, you may need some luck even then but it mostly works unless youre extremely unlucky. Even more effective in bot matches where the bots are gyarunteed to cluater up at an objective

From my experience so far, Goodra is most busted. It can be nearly immortal with its health regen. One match had me in a 1 v 4 with the opposing team and I was holding my own for a while.

I find that the quick modes are best for Pokemon who needs levels to be good (so like Speedsters and Pokemon like Dragonite, which you typically really want the final form).

If anyone wants some tips for what’s good Outrage Extreme Speed Dragonite Power Whip Dragon Pulse Goodra Dragon Rush Dragon Claw Garchomp Dragon Dance Dragon Pulse Dragapult Duraludon can be good but very situational and don’t use flash cannon you scrub. Miraidon just isn’t good when the cooldowns are so low so i would avoid using it

Quick tip: Don't choose Garchomp for this, its unique quest asks for 30 KOs from its regular boosted attack. Definitely doable, but way more tedious in comparison to the other quests like 15 KOS with Dragon Dance from Dragapult or 15 KOs from Outrage Dragonite.

I have all the dragons, which sucks for me, but I'm happy others will get the licenses, definitely a good event to a degree, just wish they would finally do a really good event though, one that draws in more players and surprises everyone, like dropping a bunch of new pokemon all at once obtainable through the event and a bunch of free holoware obtainable through the event, even if they are the least rare skins it would make people happier than stuff like this, there is so much stuff they can do, that other games do and get huge jump in players and add content for creators which promotes the game futher, but pokemon unite seems to constantly miss the mark, either out of laziness or greed either way is always disappointing, love the game, just there is no motivation to play, no reward and it sucks because I want to play it anyways, but know it would push my drive 100% more if they added simple things such as what I named above.

Now choosing the dragon mons there is a catch. Like if I'm going for Dragapult which I already have I will get 14,000 aeos coins! Now let's look at it again, If I'm going to get Duraludon which costs 10,000 aeos coins and not Mairodon or any other pokemon which is more costlier than Duraludon then it will be more harder to farm to buy those.

The fact that the dragonite pass event hollower is so expensive to buy it, is so disgusting over 5000 gems if you are unlucky is so much that at that point you going to buy 2 purple skin on shop or i rather buying a new game at that point. I hope they make it easier and less expenaive to get old pass hollower (if the pass gives the hollower + the other stuff a bit less of 500 gems at least balance on that kinda prize at least). I buy a cute blue dragonite hollower on discount. I couldnt even get that pass in the past because i wasnt play the game on that time.

A lot of the missions arent regetering for me and my wife. Literally got 22 kos in 1 game just auto attacking as garchomp and it is dtill sitting at 0. Winning a full-burst game mode nets me nothing too. And im 4/5 on the list so it should have counted. I did 12 of them and not 1 counted smh.

Quickmatches in general are kinda busted and inbalanced. They quickly lead into a situation where other side gets exp starved and other side has level lead. From there on fight will quickly snowball into victory, which is why I generally dislike quick matches.
