The skills were revamped long ago but the armor design wasn't changed until a little while it seems :)

even though you might not respond to this, I just wanna ask one thing. how can you increase your inner light to heal beyond 33? that's my maximum heal at the moment and I don't know how it's increased.

It scales with level, along with whatever your healing factor is. Different items and effects can increase your healing factor. You can see it under resistances, so a -33 healing factor is better than a -4 healing factor
