Welcome to my Dragon Quest Builders Gameplay - Ep 10 - Monster Defence or simply Let's Play Dragon Quest Builders! It's like Dragon Quest Minecraft! I'm going to be going through the demo of the game to get a feel for what to expect and share the experience I have with you guys. The game takes place in the land of Alefgard where people have forgotten how to build and it's my job to teach them and rebuild the kingdom!

I'd advise against ruining that hammerhoods garden, with or without shovel. It seems that you need to make a garden just like his, so you best know how it looks. The means of making the shovel, means of baking bread, the Damdara desert for that cemetery quest and the new flowers are all beyond the red portal.

I commented this in episode 9, but in case you didn't see it... Press and hold R1 and L1 at the same time to avoid moving so much while building. You can also do it with R1 and L1 individually and you can jump while holding them. Hope this helps.

He is doing few episodes in advance, I believe. He just releases them on different days. If that's the case, then it may take few episodes before he will follow advice given in the comments. Like how to make a "shop" and the like.

Do not try to fight the dragon with leather gear. He will annihilate you. And to get the shovel you need to find the blacksmith's descendent.

@8:00 so... this game is telling me that some creatures are smart enough to build weapons (even though that power should be yours alone) but they aren't smart enough to not walk into spikes that hurt them (multiple times)? wow. Talk about different kinds of being smart. And no wonder this land doesn't need a "hero" lol

The monsters have the power to build things. What made you think otherwise? The hero is the only HUMAN to have that power. That's because the power was taken away from the other humans by the Dragonlord. Dragonlord never took the power from the monsters though.
