but, back then, Goku didn't have access to the kinds of training he did at this point; just training on the 10x gravity of King Kai's planet increased his power by around 8700, then he got a boost from almost dying to vegeta and then he trained at 100x gravity

@@bluelamboblackpresident6111 The problem is all the times Goku ALSO almost dies during the entirety of Dragon Ball... No Zenkai Boosts, no special up power, still at 300 after a lifetime of training and near death battles. He trains a bit in a plus gravity room and suddenly he multiplies his power by several thousands. Not to mention there was never any Zenkai boost from the spaceship, Goku is only ever tired and rather leisurely spending time after training without any issue. So no, no Zenkais at all. So yes, Toriyama just gives everyone enough power. 3 years of training for the Androids did exactly nothing, one insignificant year, just because it happened when the plot was happening, did.
