I may sound like a grumpy old man, afraid to move on, but - I miss ZP's epic voice in Dragonforce. I guess DF is never truly gone as long as Sam & Herman are there (moreso Sam) but I can't help but feel gutted everytime I hear an older track with ZP. Marc has definitely come a looong way from his audition tapes in 2009 & had vastly improved. I'm glad he's there. But ZP really was the driving Force for me in this band & he always will be.

I used to buy CD's from Japan and ship them to Sweden through some crazy website and it would cost a small fortune. Just to get the Japanese bonus tracks. However this is one of my all time favorite DragonForce songs. To be honest the first two albums are still the best in my opinion. Thanks for uploading this for everyone to enjoy. It was because of this track and Cry of the Brave that enlightened me in the ways of "japanese exclusive tracks". And once I knew Inhuman Rampage and Ultra Beatdown had to have one I scrambled to find them immediately. It still bewilders me why some of them from newer albums (ex. E.P.M.) aren't sold in other countries yet.

I agree. I've been a fan since I first discovered Through The Fire And Flames on Guitar Hero 3 but this is still not only my favorite DF album but it's the best one that they've ever put out. Idk what it is but there's just this magical quality that this album has that the other ones don't. There isn't a song that I don't love (I don't count Invocation Of Apocalyptic Evil for only being a 19 second intro to Valley Of The Damned that isn't even a real song.).

I have to admit, I haven't been able to listen to anything Dragonforce have done since ZP left. He has such a story teller's voice that suited the band so perfectly. I did give Marc a shot at the start but I just couldn't lose myself in the songs anymore like I could with ZP

These first four albums will always be special to me. There's something about their sound that makes me string songs between them into a playlist for awesome imaginary fight scenes. When The Power Within dropped I knew Marc would change it up a bit but ultimately I could barely get into it. Actively stopped caring about albums after Maximum Overload. Every song sounds nothing like the others but in a bad way.

You should give it another short. And still, ZP songs are still there for us to enjoy, as the songs with Marc are.
