Could you Imagine a Pop Punk Power Metal Song? The lyrics will be like: (Epic Verse 1) Far across the mountains my Mom was calling me Flying over distant seas to the Prom where I will be Riding on a dragons back so all my friends can see My girlfriend will think I'm cool, Because I "Cry Thunder" with no retreat AND SHE SAID (Epic Course) FAR AWAYYYYY, Will you go till I count the days I count 182 blinks until you decide to "stay (together forever for the kids)" I said "Dammit" "All the Small" Things end in a Ground and Pound Through the Fire and the Flames we Carry On (Epic Guitar Solo)

@Ehiose Egbase their first album (Bullets, for short) has the most post-hardcore & slight emo influence. _Three Cheers_ has more punk. It's horror and maniacal _Black Parade_ has the alternative rock & 70s Bowie/Queen influence with a dash of Smashing Pumpkins _Danger Days_ , well, a hint of electronic elements and a lot of pop-rock with those 70s influences
@lavenderllamamusic3 жыл бұрын
@@Cannibal_Actual Punk influence in their earlier work, notably their first two albums, but overall they're more of a modern alternative rock band. 2000s alt rock. People label them as emo due to their aesthetic back in 2004-2007 but they were always more emo-adjacent, as well as pop-punk adjacent, due to their contemporaries like Paramore, Panic!, the Used, Taking Back Sunday, etc.

He's definitely doing a Tom DeLonge's impression, lol. Actually, all the mom stuff was pretty heavily blink inspired too. I know this is all in good fun, but honestly you should've tried taking a jab at some of the "metal" bands that are trash. Kinda like what Matt Heafy did in ~2005, recording a joke track called "Head On Collision With A Rose Bush Catching Fire ", to make fun of screamo type bands that were popping up at that time. I can't bear watching metal musicians take on pop-punk. It's like watching my parents argue, haha
