Just my personal playstyle, but I would have mounted a welder on the top of the medium cargo and let it do all the welding for me. May be slower compared to the tier 3 handheld, idk, but much simpler lol

A small Reactor on a big grid would Produce 15 MW if im correct ... your wouldnt need a Large one in this case if you miningrig isnt that powerintense
