I remember in an earlier season (2008) that Theo tested the durability of a product (Trunki) and disapproved the quality of the end product, however advising the entrepreneur to go back to the drawing board🖌️📓

Theo does make a good point, if you watch the video and Theo's swing again, he drops it from waist height with a glass on it. Yes it had a bit of momentum but for a tray to split in half from one drop at that height is still pretty flimsy considering If your familiar with working in a bar etc you could potentially have 6 or 8 pint glasses on the tray that will put alot of weight on it when it drops. They aren't going to want to replace trays along with glasses

I don't blame Theo here, I blame Robert. If Robert didn't show them his swinging trick in the pitch, the dragon's wouldn't have done it, and the drop/break wouldn't have happened. Show off the product on merits, not flashy tricks.
