You can even look at the trade mark case for this on google, he ended up paying GSK who own Maximuscle for the application process. This company is now liquidated and the guy was in the news about how he had to sell his home and car, which is a shame. But half of these deals fall through because when they do due diligence on the accounts the financial claims are often totally bogus.
