Dragons' Den

4 жыл бұрын

Jude Camplin & Chrissie Shaw managed to enrage the Dragons whilst pitching their idea for a women's construction business 'Eve'Olution Solutions'. Jude got into an intense exchange of blows when her "crusade" was battered by Dragons.
An international sensation, Dragon's Den features entrepreneurs pitching for investment in the Den from our Dragons, five venture capitalists willing to invest their own money in exchange for equity.

@lavielemond

That's PRECISELY what I was thinking - as soon as her arrogance & passive aggression began to show, ANY remote hint of some empathy that she MAY have initially received from any of the Dragons was single-handedly destroyed by her truly revolting demeanour, after she battled her way through that very poor attempt at a pitch to them. She's just an incredibly unlikeable & defensive person who would ALWAYS play the victim card, as she so perfectly displayed when Theo tried to ascertain the structure of the TWO business percentages that they were trying to sell, using simple maths. Imagine having to work with that delightful bundle of joy!!

The question is not if it's a good idea to bring more men into to nursing, but how we are going to do it. It's not a business idea but a complex process that will help men and women accept men in non-traditional roles for their benefit and everyone else's. So no, bitterness has nothing to do with it. @@biancas.1934 I don't think so. Deborah is a business woman and what that other woman said would have resonated with her in some shape or form. Except Deborah was in a group of four men and probably felt she had to demonise the other woman in order to acquiesce to the guys. This does happen. The bottom line is we will never really know how Deborah felt about the other woman

It's no different from when they talk about patriarchy, yet will call the police if they feel discriminated against. Why would any sane person who followed their ideology, ever call the police? Surely the police are misogynistic enforcers of rape culture more than anyone. Let alone calling them due to gender discrimination.
