that's when I was out ther a long time ago lol used to have a blast one year wmms had a appreation day going north on 42 on the right does the guy still have the auto wrecking yard I remember back in the day I was looking at a 57 bird that he had I'm still kicking my self he only wanted $1800 it had the port window what a nice ride it would have been

the shutdown area is very short and theres no sand just a ramp to launch you into the street.

the old shutdown was 20 feet shorter than Norwalk. Looks short, but was an optical illusion. That hill would naturally slow a car too.

I used to race a 66 Dodge Charger that at the time was running high 12's @ 104-106 mph and the brakes went out on me. It was able to slow down fine with down shifting and I actually had more of an issue with the return road as it was downhill.
