Oh man !! Ratty and Baby Rat got a facefull of goodness !! I used to work in apartment maintenance , Ollie. I was the guy who went in after you moved out and repaired all the electrical, plumbing, AC, et cetera, painted the place and installed new appliances and cleaned it. The whole deal. I used to keep a roll of TP in my work golf cart because when people moved out, they took it with them ! I'd be there for five days per apartment working. Can't just make a mad dash back to the office when nature calls

1:15 and that is exactly why I do not use my water jetter in customers houses because you have a lava flow and eruption! I go in with my Milwaukee 18 V backpack power auger on a job like that. Bloody hell mate, that is a fantastic way to dry a floor where the water closet meets the floor. I am a maintenance operator for a large property owner and I never seen that done; drying the surface with the hand torch so the sealant is applied to a dry surface. Thank You Ollie, you taught this old dog a new trick. Cheers Mate, keep up the great work.

Try pulling a toilet pan out, that has a correct silicone seal. These days we can't screw the pans down in wet areas. It damages the waterproofing underneath.
