I had lots of corn for ratty the other day at my drain backup #1 I got a chance to use my root ranger in the wild last week. We fixed a collapsed line from a septic tank to distribution box and found out the house had a complete blockage with grease that held the water in the house it was 2 min with the root ranger and the water came rushing out. The leech field tested well. Thanks for the videos this process is far superior to the cables everyone else is using around here

Imagine the logistics and planning that goes into having two Megastars of Ollie and Ratty’s caliber out in public.. The Security Team always stays hidden off camera and somehow is able to keep the adoring but dangerously frenzied fans under control. 7:39 Tile People use the sink to wash off their equipment. The grout and concrete that they use, eventually settles in the pipes and solidifies. In time, the property owners get stuck with having to clean it out when the pipes get clogged! 27:03 Christmas came early!

That was a piece of concrete with stones in it, placed all at once while still wet. Perhaps that newly relaid sidewalk had something to do with that. I have heard stories where this is done on purpose when the trade person didn't get paid. I know what grout/mortar buildup looks like as I did that to myself years back when renovating my bathroom, I cleaned all my tools and spilled grout into the tub drain and ended up having to replace the trap and a section of pipe that was blocked from the grout settling down and hardening. Learned my lesson. :/

This happened in the nursing home I work in. It was tilers who did the bathroom & loo floors. Washed all that gunk down the drains when they finished. About a year later we kept getting blockage issues. Camera down the pipes, grout etc solidified right along the pipes. Expensive fix....

Dude I first started watching your videos. Now KZbin is flooding me with Korean, another Australian, English and an American plumber. To me you are the OG of High pressure drain cleaning. I have not seen other people use the heads you use. most use the small penetrator ones you use.
