Have a recommendation for a good sunscreen for darker skin? I know Dr. Alexis mentioned supergoop.
@ur58603 жыл бұрын
@@brandoncooper2313 I went out and bought the new Mineral Supergood at Sephora after seeing Dr. Alexis's video. I have to say, I thoroughly enjoy the "VERSED" Sunscreen better that she recommended in another video, as it leaves less of a film, or at least, the film it may leave is more tolerable. The Supergoop, I felt, left a Purple tint, and it has a kind of weird smell. So I end using that on my arms and going over it with a scented lotion before headed out. The VERSED on the other hand, doesn't have a smell, is vegan, cruelty free, etc. I felt more comfortable putting that one on my face and neck. It also does well with make-up on top. I just bought my second box of the VERSED SUNSCREEN. HOPE THIS HELPS! AND I have a dark complexion, by the way. 💖💛💖💖🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I like Pipette Baby Balm. It comes in a jar and the primary ingredient is squalane. It has all natural ingredients. The key is to moisten your lips with something hydrating before applying any lip balm or lip product, to have some hydration to lock in. Rose water, distilled water and Josh Rosenbrook hydrating accelerator are great options for adding a hydrating base.

@luvmeany3 жыл бұрын
This is the first video I'm seeing of yours. I;m really encouraged to hear that you have eczema too, because many skincare channels and dermatologists don't really think to include those of us with the condition when they're doing product reviews and recommendations. I suffer from hyperpigmentation, acne, and eczema. I really, really want skin that looks even and smooth on my face. I only get eczema on my face if I use products like that include fragrance or other allergens, but it seems like any product that I use to target my acne causes an eczema flare up, and any product that I use to target my eczema create acne, comodones, and blackheads, and absolutely NOTHING safe to use on my skin ever seems to address my stubborn complexion or hyperpigmentation. You're so pretty though and your skin GLOWS, so that gives me hope that I might get some useful insight. New subscriber!!!
