I mean you are very supportive of your guys but I've noticed if I was on site and heard my name as much as zues and then having you say goid job once in a while personally i would feel like i shouldnt need to hear good job like im some green horn kid unlesss he is green but ya i could see how hed feel singled out cuz thats all i hear is zues this zues that i would get very pissed if i was in his shoes cuz a guy can only put up with so much before he thinks hes being picked on while the other two guys dont try to cover for the sick guy and only Zeus had to cover that job. In my experience when a guy is a no show and we are down one guy we all pitch in and whoever got a second picks up the slack until the next guy jumps in and so on and so on I'm not saying your not a good boss you seem like a really good guy to work for I just remember when I was a green horn and had to deal with stuff like being singles out and feel like im fuckin up while other guys are just sitting there waiting on me to do whatever cuz I gotta cover someone else instead of those guys waiting for me they grab the tool needing and help until it caught up and they can continue while I have the time to do my job properly and not just half assed cuz I'm in such a rush jus a thought I've been on both sides of the story though so I see it from both points of view crew boss and labourer

Me too, other than a lil stamp here and there. Not really a fan of stamp tbh
@Nick337795 ай бұрын
When you're free handing a border, you should cut it in earlier (It could be really wet still too). That way the stones in the concrete don't push you off track. It will leave a more perfect curve. Just float the joint after as well to get rid of the jointer lines when you're done too. Then when you re open the joint its a piece of cake
@budsatawny5 ай бұрын
100% right, I also use a good used jointer to re-open the joints just before the broom. Deep new one to start, old used to re-open.
