This video is so effective! So well narrated. I got joint pain in my left shoulder due to some odd sleeping pattern might be. The pain has totally reduced by practicing 'pectoralis stretches.' Further, your demonstration is at a relaxed and comfortable pace. Really creating a healing effect. Thank you so much, doctor.

Loved your video, an amazing exercises & thank you. I am 68 yr old & quite fit with GOD'S BLESSINGS. I've been doing these shoulder exercises everyday that the pain diminished & dissipated . Maintenance of such exercises is vital to maintain FLEXIBILITY & STRENGTH & PAIN-FREE. GOD BLESS! PRAISE GOD!

Easily the best video i have seen, and what is fabulous is how the user can select all the 15 exercises to sync with the demo Or jump to the desired exercise. Don't be but off the by the long demo. I strongly recommend this video. It is the most professional I have seen. I am going to subscribe and send link to friends with shoulder impingement 👍

Life long daily competitive swimmer, now at 60 starting to suffer with arthritis, bursitis, etc. These and the Bob and Brad videos are fantastic. I . Do these before master swim practice…..the easier ones I do on the long drive to pool. Love this doc, her casual clothes, casual attitude. Such a contrast to the slick ads in between….Docs(?) that force you to watch hours of their presentations a.k.a. ads.

So happy to have found this video! My doctor has ordered Physical Therapy for my shoulder problems (both shoulders making sleeping almost impossible since I am definitely not a back sleeper). I am seriously considering cancelling the order because I don't think they will be a thorough as Dr. Furlan. I intend to try all the exercises and see where I land. Thank you so much, Doctor. I went to therapy and they did not share these exercises...when is it time for surgery? I would love to hear about.im supposed to have surgery .I have two partial tears and bicipital tendon issue.

Had a high speed cycle crash on New years day here in SA. These exercises have almost cleared up my injury and pain. Back cycling this weekend with 65km training session. I am 74 years old. THANK YOU DR FURLAN BRENDAN KELLY South Africa.

I’m so glad I found your videos, dr Andrea, you are the dr I need to see, I suffer from chronic pain for ever, I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, hip and shoulder bursitis, my back is out of alignment and it hurts from top to bottom, I just also found out that I have ostheopenia I’m in pain every second of the day some days worse then others, drs want to give me cortisone injection on my hip and shoulders but I refuse to take them. I wish I could get a dr that would take the time to listen to me and they wouldn’t be in such rush all the time. Thank you for your videos, they are very helpful.

This has been super helpful. My go to routine twice a day. Struggling with a combination of frozen shoulder, bursitis and tendinitis. Moist heat before routine and ice pack after the routine. Hope this helps someone out there. Thank you!

Thank you Dr. I have had shoulder pain for years now. I saw my Dr. and he said it was most likely arthritis. He sent me to a surgeon who wanted to perform surgery (of course) and a physical therapist. I did the therapy and it helped a lot, but my lifestyle of traveling frequently made it difficult to get to therapy visits regularly, so once the pain went away, I stopped. I believe my pain in my right shoulder is delayed arthritis or impingement from my days of tennis in my teens (I'm 60 now.) I had a strong serve, but it's hurting me now. Also I played baseball and throwing...same thing. I don't think it will ever be okay again, but your exercises seem to be just what I need to do, especially since I can do most of them in a hotel. I will give them a try. I'm not sure how You Tube knew I had shoulder pain, but I was Googling it recently and I'm sure they communicate with each other, especially now that You Tube is owned by Google lol. I appreciate your videos and am glad I found your channel. Thanks again! Take care.

This lady is a precious one the voice calms me so much.I fell 2 weeks ago and move my left arm at all.Arm been in a sling for 2 weeks,try8ng to get it exrayed again to see if its broken or not .Hospital said it was my upper Arm can you explain what that means?love you God Bless you sweet lady.

Been suffering with shoulder pain for two months. Doctor just said "exercises"with vague instructions, pain meds, and pain cream. This video had the exercises he recommended, so I actually know what I'm supposed to do. Here's hoping my pain finally goes away!

I have all the symptoms you described in this video. I was reluctant to consult a doctors because I was not confident that I knew enough about my condition to help the doctors give an accurate diagnosis. At first everyone was saying it was the onset of arthritis, etc. I immediately changed my diet, but that made no difference. Then I started gently massaging my shoulders, down to my elbows and it brought much better immediate relief than the anti-inflammatories I used. Last week I ran a 10km charity race and even though I experienced much pain during the race, immediately afterwards I had zero pain. Unfortunately, I went back to old habits of bad sleep posture and sitting long hours in front of my computer with zero exercise. I started with some of your exercise whilst watching the video and felt immediate relief. I am going to try the sleep position you recommended and do all the exercises diligently. I hope that it will heal me completely because as a 52 year old I'm tired of feeling like I'm 80+. Also I want to start diving again but right now I can barely put on a sweater, let alone trying to wriggle into my wetsuit 😂

Thank you so much! I had two shoulder surgeries and have shoulders pain for years. I followed the entire videos doing the exercises and felt instant relief! The side plank at the end is challenging but definitely helpful, will keep returning to this video for many months to come.

Thank you 👩‍⚕️ doctor. These exercises have helped, including hanging from a chin-up bar. I know your viewers should start out very very lightly with their legs touching the floor, and then working up to full body weight at 30 seconds for stretching. They should take their time, even weeks if need be, working up to full body weight hang. Not only have I reduced my pain, but I have increased my range of motion with my arms overhead, and have straightened my upper spine and posture.

I’ve been doing hanging but legs still touching the floor for I think 6 weeks, still can’t do full body. It’s still painful. How many time do you do per day? I now think I have frozen shoulder after watching this video. How long did it take you to get better or back to normal?

the order of treatment at the beginning was very helpful. So many videos just show strengthening or stretching, without mention of the sleeping position, ice, pain medication, etc. Thank you!
