3)HAVE AN ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER:
TAKING A FRIEND/SPOUSE ALONG WILL BE A GOOD MOTIVATOR .IF YOU DON'T HAVE COMPANY, CALL UP ALL THE FRIENDS /RELATIVES YOU HAVE BEEN MEANING TO CALL AND DID'NT DO, DUE TO LACK OF TIME....ONE FRIEND A DAY....

Hello doctor I am.uma natarajan, 80 years old, having sugar for the past 27 years,.all theses years y HbA1c is good below 7, I.test once in 6 months recently I.tested in June 7.4, I undergone angioplasty in.the year 2012 November, inspite of all the tests undergone I went through, pulling on, I.have trigeminal neurology problems for the past 8years the pain is unbearable, taking tengitol 100mg 500.perday, 2 days back I casually saw your talks about diabetic, it's very informative, God bless you with good health and happiness, with love and blessings ❤❤

Good Dr Useful advice. BUT MOst of them suggested for Waking 30 minutes or 45 minutes..The body will not accept more than 45 minutes. ur explanation about other parameters were very nice.

Good one. I have been walking for some time and my hb1ac is under 6 for long time. I don’t have any diet and trying to reduce carbs now to see how that works. Invest in good show and smart watch. It really makes you feel guilty if you don’t walk.

Thank you doctor. I’m 79 yrs old woman with sugar on the borderline after 72. I go for walk daily . But now our roads are very bad and I’ve a fear that I’ll have a fall. Now I do walking inside the house for an hour before food and I’m able to walk 5 to 6000 steps excluding the other walk I do like going to our colony temple, climbing steps etc.HBA1C 6. Is my walking ok?

தற்போதைய வார்டு மெம்பரையே அடுத்த முறையும் தேர்ந்தெடுத்தால் உங்கள் தெருவின் சாலையை மேம்படுத்தாமலேயே நன்றாக சமமாக நடக்க வழிகள் பிறக்கும் உங்களுக்கு. சாலை மேம்பாடு, பூங்கா திறக்க, ஊரைச் சுத்தம் செய்ய என்று பல வழிகளிலும் அரசு உங்கள் ஊரை மேம்படுத்த உள்ளூர் நிர்வாகத்திற்கு பணம் தருகிறது. ’எங்கள் சாலை ஏன் சரியில்லை’ என்று உரிய அதிகாரிகளைக் கேட்டால் (தான்) தீர்வு கிடைக்கும். முயற்கி செய்து வெற்றி பெற வாழ்த்துக்கள்.
