THESE ARE HIGHLY POLISHED/REFINED AND THE OUTER LAYER CALLED BRAN IS REMOVED TO ENSURE FASTER COOKING. THIS RESULTS IN LOSS OF HEALTHY FIBRE AND INCREASES THE GLYCEMIC INDEX OF THESE FOODS. Highly useful.Thanks Doctor My fasting sugar is 135 post fasting is 137 Not a diabetic no medicine taken. Night boost at times in lieu of one glass milk i take. Regular exercise and walking with steps upto 13/14 k. Any advice from your side please
