Sir I am 18 years old and i have a problem with my back it gets very stiff when i wake up after sleeping and also my abdomen feel numb and my bowel movements also get affected as i feel like passing motion but unable to do so. I also consulted to several gastroenterologist but they all said that there is no problem when the did my endoscopy. Later i started to have a sharp stinging pain in my shoulder( specificaly around the scapula and mid thoracic vertebrae) which radiated down my back sir i am very disturbed as this problem is affecting my daily life. PLEASE IF YOU COULD HELP ME WITH THIS. I also had an MRI which says Disc bulge at L4-5 L5-S1 and C3-4 C5-6 but NOT SIGNIFICANT.
