That's actually insane ! I got super lucky and got the heroic very rare neck yesterday (not a mythic raider, so this is pretty much BiS for my warlock until I get the perfect myth neck from M+ and actually have a reason to take it - obviously super low priority for me now).

I feel like Larynx is underrated. It stacks up to ~5000+ strength & the DPS boost especially in multi-target fights is really solid. I use it on my Fury Warrior.

Larynx is big value for padding dps, first boss on mists and silken court have damage amps so it looks like you actually deal damage

Was hoping for the fist from Kyveza or the neck from Sikran in Heroic track, but I got the Haste/Mastery ring from 2nd boss in Heroic track with a socket, which was an upgrade from the normal one so I am still very happy.
