oh gosh that was me all of high school, biggest thing is not to get down on yourself. its so easy to tear yourself apart about not being able to handle everything. maybe try to set aside a time one day a week like a Saturday or Sunday and just say, OKAY! this is my one hour to draw im just gonna have fun. or sign up for a local art class that's gonna force u to do art every week for a few hours. but try to stay positive and don't make your art a chore
