It's like mini meditation, getting in tune with the small moment and focusing only on your breathing. Breathe in for 4 counts through your nose, holding your breath for 4 counts and exhaling it for 4 counts. I usually do it for 8/10 counts but your call Might help at a long day of work :3

The 2 B A Master CD was kinda weird. I remember somewhere near the end of the disc, there's a track called "Misty's Song" or something, and just in case the love ballad nature of it wasn't obvious enough, it was bookended by a skit where she reveals she's singing it to Ash while he's sleeping in a tent or something. My girlfriend definitely has that Sailor Moon soundtrack, I think we found it in a card shop about ten years ago for $1.

Also The Critic was a pretty good show, but the second season on Fox gets kinda cringey. There's a bunch of bits that really play around racist stereotypes, and it feels like it's for characters they created that season just to make fun of them. I don't know if Fox was pushing them to be edgier than they were on ABC, but the ABC stuff is way more solid. Fox season had some REALLY great jokes though.
