Thanks for these detailed videos Rob, having not done my 3rd year these are very useful. I can do most arches but without this intricate detailed math, so it clears up what I didn’t know, Thanks again.

hiya Stu, I'm glad you find them beneficial, there are 6 all together in this series and they will get built when I'm back at the farm.

Fantastic Rob I did do technical drawing and communication studies in college as part of my city and guilds in brickwork and am enjoying this but also my son is a apprentice and Is enjoying your uploads, I have also built a concrete base in garden out of my wife's way so me and my boys can do a bit more decorative brickwork starting with the herringbone panel in last upload as don't do any decorative work on site which is a shame all quantity with passable quality in some ways I wish my boy would do a different trade but I suppose he could do worse, keep up the good work, we will go of and watch part two👍

I enjoyed reading your comment, thank you... I've drawn 6 arches in all, each with 3 or 4 videos to explain each, but I've tried uploading them together for each arch but youtube isn't allowing me to upload them so I'm a bit stuck...

Sorry I missed your message. I have a book by Cutler level 3 which is probably my favourite brickwork book. Also, for drawing arches Ibstock do a nice book. At some point, I'll have my own book out
