You're very much welcome. . hmmm. . I guess there is no need for a license in order to sell clip arts and images. .there are websites where you can actually sell your work. .you just have to apply and be a part of their program. . you can also make your own online shop for your graphic designs if you want. . you can do it in etsy, vector, shutter stock,adobe, etc. . thank you so much for your comment. .
