Great information here, I use my portable sauna once a week because it could dehydrate you. I would not stay in a sauna anymore than 20 to 25 minutes at a time. Make sure you drink a glass of water before you get in your sauna. And take a quick shower right after that so the toxins do not get reabsorbed in your 😮skin😊
@MrChiangchingАй бұрын
Nah, I sauna everyday for 30 to 45 minutes . I drink before, during and after. Sauna doesn't get rid of any significant toxins, especially if you use it only once a week.

@Jennifer-gr7hn hi Jennifer, I just wanted to throw some info on your healing journey. If you google Nutrition with Judy, she has great info on mold & long covid. I also worked for an acupuncturist. We used far infrared mineral lamps on our patients. Which helped in their healing. Just some tips 🥰

I’m on a budget because I have to take care of my own health issues and those if my adult disabled son who has the same illnesses I had/have mold, Lyme (I also had live Babesia Mycroti.), and he has long covid and was re- exposed to mold and Lyme. He also has autoimmune encephalitis. I’m saying this because we are now broke from dealing with these illnesses! Thank you!

I modified my 2 person "Relax" Far Infrared Sauna.... I dismounted the 2 Side Infrared Panels & made them safe & made them moveable SO I COULD GET THEM CLOSE to my body. Big improvement (for 1 person). 20 minute warm-up to 130°... then 20 to 25 minutes of Sauna Time... & 2 large towels are heavy with sweat. Far IR rays penetrate deep into your tissues. Old fashioned Finnish Saunas use Hot Steamy Air that doesn't radiate much into your tissues... just inefficient direct heating with hot air contacting your skin SURFACE. Valuable, but Far IR is way better & WAY CHEAPER & FASTER.

I used a cheap sauna blanket two days ago, first time. My heart rate increased noticeably and I broke a sweat on the highest setting. I'm recovering from an illness so I've needed to start slow. Yesterday I felt well enough to get out to do some yard work and had no problems doing that work. Big improvement already along with other things I've been doing to improve my health. I can already tell the cheap sauna blanket won't do for long so I'll plan on replacing with the Relax sauna. Will need to save up for it. Hoping to get the table lamp asap!

I enjoyed this video and was excited about the product because of the specific health benefits you detail. However in doing more research I am finding that almost no other 'experts' are recommending this brand nor discussing the issue of its specific range of light emission and purity. Other saunas get recommended and have higher user ratings. What gives? It makes me doubt the claims if 'no-one' else regards it as valuable. I am not trying to be critical. I want to learn because I intend to buy a sauna soon. Thanks.
