Hi That was very interesting Can u please do a video on the benefits of Steam showers or saunas also? Do u put eucalyptus in your infrared sauna? I used to go to a Russian bathhouse here in Miami Beach and they had every kind of sauna, plus polar plunge and hot tub… it was so nice… Thank u for your videos ☺️🐶💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥⭐️

Would an infrared lamp be beneficial for those who can't afford the sauna? If so... how close under the lamp.. how long and how often?

Any benefits to taking your shirt off in a sauna? Should you wear sunglasses? What is the optimal temperature for infrared sauna?
@McCarthy177627 күн бұрын
@@Groot_for_prez for infrared yes. Its the infrared light getting in your skin that gives you benefit. With saunas it's the heat. I'm assuming infrared saunas are just a combination of both.

The all cause mortality study to increase lifespan with 2000 participants over 20 years was done with traditional Saunas. I choose traditional over infrared any day. I use my traditional sauna daily for relaxation and health benefits. 💪🏻Dr. Saara (Plus I'm Finnish- finlanders don't even count infrared as real Saunas 😂🤣)

Finns aren't buying the hype on infrared saunas, and are sticking with traditional saunas. What say you?
@McCarthy177627 күн бұрын
@@LongGrovesAmeliaEarhart why not both. Infrared light and traditional saunas both have a lot of proven benefits.
@McCarthy177627 күн бұрын
@@LongGrovesAmeliaEarhart traditional dry saunas are the most beneficial for the sauna effect. But infrared light has its own benefits. I guess the infrared sauna just gives combined effects but I think doing them separately would be most ideal because infrared saunas don't get hot enough for max benefits. Its the light not the heat that gives benefits from infrared. You get some from the sun as well. Its one of the reasons the sun energizes you, every frequency of light has its own effects on the body. But infrared is one of the best.

@@McCarthy1776I have no place to put a sauna. If I did, I'd probably go with near infrared, but I have a traditional sauna at my local Y. I'm outside a lot and use red light therapy too.
