NEITHER IS BETTER, SO WHAT REALLY MATTERS?
I was asked to moderate an expert discussion for the World Nutrition Summit in March 2022. Prof Noakes was on the panel and dropped soe MAJOR NEW SCIENCE that completely revolutionizes our thinking on FATIGUE - both when exercising as well as for everyone with chronic fatigue and lack of concentration or ADHD. This is a MUST WATCH video extracted from the longer discussion video. Change your thinking about human biology. What organ is the CENTRAL GOVERNING REGULATOR of the entire human body function? Be empowered. Know your risk!

Our grandparents did fairly well on meat and two veg, fish and chips, eggs, whole milk, beer and tea/coffee. It all went pear-shaped when seed oils replaced animal fats and got mixed with refined carbs to give us an ultra- processed food tsunami. Step one to heal the world’s population is to completely eliminate seed oils. Actually, that’s probably all that needs to be done. It’s got so crazy that healthy food like canned sardines are now delivered in sunflower or canola oil! Anyone who knows about the importance of the omega 3:6 ratio should be saying WTF?!

Great to hear your attention to early eating habits .i was raised on reall food we had to help in the vegetable garden. So many times ive been told im thin and dont have to worry about my weight yet as i got into my 65th year anyone could see my growing gut.Thankfully i have been drawn into eating more fat ,reducing carbs and for the first time in my life lost 4 kg, now i have 2 or 3 kg to go but i have hope now. I think my body may be getting more efficiant in utilising food.

Brilliant discussion! Thank you! Three key points I found very important in your video; 1. Personal, then family nutritional "conversion". 2. Educate society to "vote" with their dollars 3. Don't demonize big corporations, but encourage them to abandon unhealthy business models and adopt (profitable) new ones.

@@DrAJ_LatinAmerica Ideally, good products sold by good people. Right now we are sold bad products by both good and bad people. Therefore:Let's start by getting the good products. Good products will attract more good people, which will eventually expose the bad actors. (at least it sounded good when I was thinking it)

Unfortunately Some big corporate organisations do need to be demonised. I worked in the Coca-Cola industry for seven years and it is common knowledge in “The Firm” that they are destroying lives. They have always had a complete manual with carefully worded responses in calculated “snake speak” - prepared in a carefully and calculated way by ….. American lawyers. Whenever any quiet oor complaint is received, customers always receive only responses copied from this manual. In these manuals they for example flatout deny that sugar and fructose cause diabetes, or that artificial sweeteners like aspartame actually cause liver damage. In their response training it is emphasised ad nauseum that you NEVER EVER EVER accept ANY responsibility, EVER. If you do you will very likely lose your job right there. I have personally known various people my life who were completely addicted to Cola, and then developed diabetes. “The Firm” is owned and controlled at the top by members of the global elite. For example, they had “foreknowledge” to know exactly when long standing regional wars would end, and then started building their carb poison factories in those countries. NO OTHER BRANDS EVER DID THE SAME. THE SYSTEMATIC POISONING AND KILLING OF MANKIND BY GREEDY CALLOUS GLOBALIST OWNED MEGA MANUFACTURING FOOD PRODUCERS SHALL SIMPLY CONTINUE DIT AS LONG AS THEY ARE ALLOWED TO NOT TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY!!!!

I have followed a low carb/keto diet for many years. I have recently been a bit confused by Inigo San Millan's opinion about Tour de France riders settling on a specific carb intake of precisely 90g per hour while riding. He intimated that the low carb high fat would not work for pro riders? I am a little confused as he seems like a top quality researcher. I would love to hear an interview with him regarding keto?

Nature always shows the way. Great herds churned the plains and reconditioned the soil to allow the growth in season of grains, fruits and veggies. Grow food to allow the closest way nature showed us how to. We try too hard to get away from the world as it worked to make us what we are.

It's a choice to feed your country with wheat and maize. These are 2 of the most inefficient food sources. The people behind these industries are very powerful. And we know so little about them. How can we possibly know what they are capable of? Do we really know what power we have?

I live in Thailand where rice is the no#1 export, it is grown everywhere and consumed locally multiple times per.day. Our house is built out on a rice paddy. I was thinking the other day of the vast tracks of land in use, the labor, pesticides...a huge amount of energy expended to grow a crop that is essentially worthless in terms of nutrition. Yes, 3 billion people can be right about filling their stomachs but can also be completely ignorant about nutrition.

Doctor rob, regulation is the problem. We need to do everything in our power to stop regulation. Just as the young lady said, South Africa has starving people with an abundance of food. Their food is shipped out of the country. Leaving the people to starve. These people could easily feed themselves if they were allowed to. Plant foods cost more to grow then eggs and beef. Eggs and beef are practically free.

You all - you panelists - need to actually listen to Prof. Noakes. You're so political in this video, and ... politics is not your wheelhouse (except for Noakes, he's strong there, but he's such a nice guy he's not going to force it on you). That most of you, in a seemingly kneejerk fashion, turn immediately to "policy" - "we need to pass a law" - "there must be new regulations"

Good luck if you do! For me it was easy going to keto but took a while to get into fasting due to low body fat and found fasting so much easier on a carnivore lifestyle instead. I found it was also easier to ease into a new diet over a week or two, went to keto before carnivore and took about a month to get fat adapted. Hope this helps 👍
