So happy I found this video and your page Dr! I am on Tirzepitide and have had some amazing results and feel amazing BUT as a few weeks ago I believe I may be experiencing some gastroparesis as I have the full feeling, can feel bowels/gas moving around in my belly but no urge to poo or release gas at all. As a result Im left with tons of bloating. Went to the ER to rule out obstruction/impaction and was cleared of thise but they did see that I had fecal matter throughout. Was sent home with GoLytely and I was able to go but all liquid form and did until was clear. 🤷🏻♀️ Today Im back to feeling the full feeling after only eating two scrambled eggs. Not sure what is going on. Any advice would be greatly appreciated from anyone experiencing the same. 😢

From my limited understanding, the big problem with chronically high levels of glucose are the deleterious effects of advanced glycation end products. Not to mention that glucose and insulin by themselves can be quite disruptive to the glycocalyx when levels are elevated. Life is all about learning how to adapt to the enduring mystery while managing violence and harm, both endogenous and exogenous, at all possible levels, to a minimum.

This is the best and only video I have found for other formula options besides goats milk. My daughter is having the same issues. They put the baby on standard us formula. It's been nothing but a gut wrecking nightmare watching her little body hate that stuff. However one of her parents will not listen.. Do you have any more videos on formula and how horrible it truly is ? Or a link to this one ?

Excuse me, yes indeed stress eating & for emotional reasons, but being fat from carbohydrates & unprocessed emotions plus likely insulin resistance etc.. it can indeeeed be a nutritional deficiency, B vitamins, magnesium, iodine, potassium.. many others esp when absorbtion is compromised .. & maybe protein too..

The most convincing part is how baby formula is nothing like breast milk. It's poison.

Ive got a question. I have been eating keto for about 3yrs. I have never added as much fat as some. Im on a statin. I want to try things like Bulletproof coffee and stop taking the statins. Is this safe?

So if I understand Dr Cywes correctly, he’s saying that we should be eating fat as nature provides it but not adding fat that nature doesn’t provide?

Thank you for clarifying! I have been explaining to my clients that balance is needed. The proper food combining is crucial for a balanced diet. Your explanation will assist me in my classes.

What would you say about a high bilirubin count? I am on a ketogenic diet 2 months now and I have high bilirubin. But a few months back my bilirubin was ok. Everything else is great and all my liver markers are great. Any tips?

Complete quackery. Stay away from extreme diets. They are unsustainable. Eat a piece of fruit, weirdo. You'll be fine.

Never say forever. Remember the egg diet with water and people swore they would never give it up. They did. The science changed and the eating plan evolved. Sometimes i change the wave. Thank you for this confirmation of the importance of humility and self inquiry. ❤ There is a place for emotional health as well.

The first thing I noticed after being a week hardcore carnivore was that my knees no longer hurt when I woke up in the morning was that my niece no longer hurt when I woke up in the morning. Before hardcore carnivore the first 30 to 45 minutes of my day I had bilateral knee pain where I would have to stretch them out to get them relieved. Absolutely zero joint pain on high protein high fat diet

I am over two weeks into carnivore and I can say I've never looked back. You naturally start fasting because youre full on the meat and the meat is very slow to go through your body. Brain fog, aches, pains etc have left my body and my blood glucose is down from 90 to 70 ! ...in two weeks. You don't need to make it complicated 🎉

As I understand Angela Stanton's work, you need to DRINK the salt and not eat it, as the body can remove excess salt in liquid and not as a solid. Am I incorrect?

I worked a couple years for a doctor as his receptionist and minor surgery assistant. I've had an issue with high BP every pregnancy and as I got older and never used salt. What was interesting was when a client was diagnosed high BP and came back a week later eliminating salt with higher BP eliminating salt I figured out it wasn't the salt. How come Dr's can't?

When we eat carbs, the energy that we do not use right away is stored as glycogen molecules. Each gram (g) of glycogen comes with 3 g of water attached. Cutting down on carbs is a quick way to use up the glycogen stores, which means that the water weight will also be reduced. So going low carb, you shed a load of water weight. If you do drop your carbs and you still are puffy and not smaller and at the extremes like a dried-out prune, then you are fatter than you need to be.

I found my way to you after 57 lbs weight loss in 4 month on carnivore, but arrive at waking every day at 2:30am with a head ache. I tried more butter at 2:30 but it did not help. Insulin Suppression. I can't tell the fb carnivore group because they would not get it. I see yet another experiment is in the making. Carrots .... TY.

You can mitigate insulin effects of low glycemic fruits with 5min body weight exercise (squats are best) immediately after consumption. Pushing the glucose into your muscles is the key!
