Thanks a lot for the info Doc.I very recently went under surgery for a Proximal avulsion of the Hamstrings muscles, and been hearing and looking into the BPC 157 as a aid to help my body heal faster and may be even better. I ordered from what like it seems a legit source a bottle for oral ingestion. Sounds like you may be more incline to think they injection may be more effective, so I will write back and let you know as soon as I get at least a week or two taking the peptides. Thanks again

I have a similar hamstring injury. How is your recovery coming along? Do you feel oral BPC-157 made a difference?

I noticed it worked way better closer to injury site. Just gets hard to inject around some parts where there is less fat

Would your injury not hone in the bpc 157 ? ruptured plantar and you take ur shot in the belly ?

I’ve had great success with bpc-157 for a very likely minuscus tear. I could hardly walk and my daughter is a PTA and based on what I told her, she said it was definitely a minuscus tear and I’d have to get surgery. They were capsules 500 mcg x 2 per day. I have a very aggravated herniated disk in my lower back so I’m starting another round. Though I have start undergoing chiropractic care. If the Dr Geier or anyone else knowledgeable could answer, is there any harm in combining bpc-157 with noopept? I’m thinking no but curious as to someone with more in depth knowledge could share. Thanks!

Could you make a video on different methods of timing and dosage? I just had ACL surgery in the last 2 weeks and will be taking BPC and TB500. (They are becoming very popular within the acrobatic community) From my research I will be taking BPC 157 250 mcg daily and TB 500 1mg every other day.

How about sublingual and/or nasal spray administration ? Could these be possibly better than swallowing capsules

I’m starting BPC 157 for my right big toe injury (2 yr injury and cortisone shots were just not going to cut it long term). I’m not sure where I can injury below the knee though, so I guess I will inject in the thigh?
