The Amazon basics BABY healing ointment has the exact same ingredients as the regular one and is a bit cheaper. If you can go thru a lot of it, the 4 pack is 50% cheaper than the regular “advanced” healing ointment.

OMG I never thought of using those patches for mosquito bites! That's genius.

For folks who may not want a walking pad, Amazon also has a black friday deal on Niceday Stepper for Exercise, Stair Stepper with Resistance Bands. That might be good for folks who might want to use it at their raised desks.

I just got one at Costco, AmLactin green lettering Nourishing 12%, and there’s a label stating “improved formula, scent free”. It’s great and it doesn’t stick, lol!

I looove pimple patches as someone with hormonal acne but I also use them when I have an annoying little cut on my finger that I know is gonna sting every time I cook, clean, live my damn life... Really saves my bacon. I haven't tried them on mosquito bites yet but come spring, summer I will certainly have the opportunity to try that! I find citronella oil is super useful in keeping them out of the house though it's not a preferred scent of mine, I will put a few drops in my diffuser if the mosquitos are really bothering me in summer and they seem to dislike the scent more than me at least 😂 You're so right about the walking pad and working out for your skin, i notice the difference when i work it into my routine regularly

Hi Dr., you have mentioned that you use snail mucin essence as your first step before applying tretinoin. So do you wait for the essence to dry down and then apply tretinoin or do you apply a cream after the essence then tretinoin?
@db-gb5xiСағат бұрын
Watching her vlogs, she applies the essence after her shower while her skin is damp. After she's dressed and her skin is dry, she applies the tret and then a moisturizer.

I like the idea of a walking pad, but I can't see myself also buying a new desk high enough to stand, and working trig, calculus, and physics problems and/or tutoring online while walking is just more than I am going to do. What I actually need to do is join a gym and use their treadmill...need to get away from thinking and just exercise. Have you ever used Sweet Sweat or similar workout enhancing creams? Do they do any good (besides my psychological boost from associating the smell with exercising)?

Great choices, I just wish we could buy them in Canada. I really wanted to try the Abib mask but no luck. We can already buy Costrx products here but not as shown. I'm used to paying more in Canada but this is new, not being able to purchase the products here
