Top tip: How to cleans spills on clothing. Put micellar water in a suitable container to fit safely in your bag along with a reusable cotton cloth. Put onto stain & pat with cloth. Do not scrub fibres. Works on carpets & furniture. (Spot check first so I don’t get sued.

I just bought the smartly wash and facial lotion and I love it. It’s gentle and does the same as my other products. Maybe better. The wash is super foamy and a little goes a long way! The lotion is hydrating and non irritating! Honestly, it’s going To be my go to from now on. And you can’t beat the price!

It's actually a German drugstore's house brand, which is called DM. They are everywhere in Germany sell personal care products. Their house brand always offers very affordable products. Good to know that you like their sunscreen. Good news for us ppl in Germany 😬🤗❤

Actually, most DM sundance product contain alcohol and/or fragrance, this is the first one i have found without them. But Rossmann has had a just as affordable equivalent for over a year now in two versions - SPF 30 and 50 with great filters and no nonsense

I adore my foam matress. I have trouble getting to sleep, the foam matress is my nest. I recommended it to a friend and he bought one, first week he hated it. I told him I did too but give it another week. He came back and said I can't believe it but you're right. The BEST! The frogs are peepers. You think of them as noise instead of soothing sounds of nature. They look for mates in the spring. Sometimes I stop in the car and listen to them. I find them relaxing. Think of them like mother natures white noise, hahaha, or at least try that. Love your videos.

Regarding the silk sleep bonnet, I would suggest Etsy. You can have the bonnet custom made, for example, I needed an extra long one to accommodate my hair length. Ensure the bonnet is "double layered" so there is smooth sided silk inside and out. If there is a ruffle, try to ensure it is small, or it will touch your face and even obscure your vision if you wake up during the night. A silk pillow case as well is double luxury. I avoid the pillow cases with zippers. All the best.

This was a super fun video, little bits of everything. I have a sleep disorder as well and take medications for anxiety. I like my skincare routine at nite and a little breathing and stretching too. Fasting starting about 8pm helps too, just water. Clutter bothers me, going outside or doing some little cleaning up chores help too. A dr Dray video too of course is very relaxing. Sleep is a battle for me, too. I have rituals before bedtime to start feeling sleepy but I am one of those people who gets no more than 6 hrs a night. I had gone years without sound sleep until I bought the Serta Comfort BTMX 3000 Elite PS bed, and it has been a life-changer. It's really expensive, but considering I can actually fall asleep on it and usually sleep pretty well through the night, it was totally worth it. When I'm away from it, I actually miss it. I previously used the Sun Dance Anti Pollution SPF 50+ and really liked it even though it had a light fragrance but bought the sensitive one this time because it was fragrance-free. I like their lip sunscreen too and keep one in my purse at all times.

I use a variety of satin scarfs. My favorite one is from a discount store. I have fibromyalgia and asthma and I finally got my sleep working with a combination of new medications, breathing exercises and Hemani cough and cold tea. I also need lots of pillows to support my legs and arms.

If you haven’t tried it, get a white noise/sound machine. Many years ago I worked nights, I started using a white noise machine & black out curtains. They are wonderful together & I still use both even though I don’t work the graveyard shift.

Sunscreen eureka! Dr Dray you mentioned a Greek sunscreen called Frezyderm velvet face sunscreen, I ordered this from amazon and its a revelation for make up wearers, I can't thank you enough, it's amazing comes out like a gel and dries to a velvet finish does exactly what it says on the tube its Amaze balls 👍😁 x

I have heard that memory foam mattresses can be hot. I noticed newer models claim they have some kind of temperature moderation, but it might be something to be aware of, especially in Houston. If you are disturbed by light you could try an eye mask. I use one to lessen the effect of the sun rising at 4 a.m. this time of year. I have also heard that weighted blankets seem to assist people with sleep issues. You can buy these, although I am not sure where (maybe Amazon?). If you have sleep issues when you are young wait until menopause hits. It's a whole new adventure in chronic fatigue... 😑

I bought the Sleep & Glow pillow. I have neck troubles, so I have tried different neck pillows. I have trouble getting comfortable, and feeling rested the next day, even if I DO sleep all night. I wouldn't say the Sleep & Glow pillow has been the ultimate solution, but I do like it. I broke down and ordered the silk pillowcase, to help protect my hair. I also have been putting my hair up in a high bun at night, so I'm not rolling on it.
