Thank you for acknowledging chronic pain. It's really pretty brutal, as what might work one week might not help the next. It's a BIG impact on quality of life and made so much worse by people who don't believe in the pain. ESPECIALLY doctors.

Truly, I think it is our culture. There is so much out-of-the-way rudeness now it is astounding. I drive anywhere now living in a small town that has exploded with people in recent years… and I have people driving so close to me, passing me and cutting me off, doing the same thing you just described, and honking at me the second light turns green if I haven’t started moving. It’s getting serious. I try to be a considerate and respectful driver, but that just doesn’t cut it anymore and it’s instead seen as a nuisance. It’s really honestly, heartbreaking. I was a young person once, but I was very responsible and had a desire to express maturity. I am 30 now, and when I see teens and young adults now, I am just floored at the inexcusable, yet unashamed immaturity. I just bought the Almay sensitive skin deodorant. It’s basically dimethicone with aluminum. No fragrance and it’s like a gel. Kind of odd, but it works!

I'm still grateful for just being alive, after a huge pick-up side-slammed my car onto high-speed oncoming traffic. The noise was unbeliveable! I thought I was gone. I turned from the approaching car with maybe 1 or 2 inches to spare my life. I pulled onto the side of the road & climbed out the passenger seat side, to not get myself hit by another car. Even more miraculously my little Fiat 500 was not dented at all...and the white paint left from the Ranger buffed right off. This happened just under a month ago, but I am still thinking how my responsible & defensive driving saved my life. If I had looked for the licence plate I would have been killed. Also if someone was tired, looking at their phone/ passenger, or had even one glass of alcohol they would not have survived. I was hesitant to tell my partner when I arrived at his home (as his brother had been killed in a car accident), but decided that it was best to be honest. 👱🏻♀️❤️🚙

Chronic pain is so difficult to deal with. I’ve been a hairstylist since I was 17 and I turned 34 in February. My neck and back are starting to truly become detrimental to my quality of life. I know I shouldn’t use Tylenol and other pain relievers too much so I try to just stick with anti-inflammatory teas and supplements but it’s still a lot to deal with. Hopefully my new doctor I’m meeting with in September will be able to give me some solutions. 🤞🏻

I am much older than you, but I have severe cervical stenosis & back issues. I go to a spine & pain management facility. The docs are very helpful. Also physical therapy can help. It is time consuming to go, so maybe the PT therapist or Dr. could give you a sheet with specific exercises you could do at home, on your own time. If insurance is issue there are some good utube channels that show you some good exercises. Hope this helps. You are young, I hope you can get some relief and stay ahead of pain, before you get older. Best of luck with your new dr.

By far the safest and most effective way to clean your ears is the same way your ENT doctor does it in the office: Buy one of the plastic squeeze bottles with a long spout, like the ones used for ketchup and condiments in restaurants. Fill the bottle with warm water, insert the spout a little way into your ear, and gently squeeze it. Repeat a few times until you see ear wax come out. The wax may be soft looking or it may come out in hard clumps. I keep my bottle in the shower but you can do it leaning over your sink as well. It feels great and your ears will be squeaky clean!

Love your channel. Thanks for saving the lizard.. Can you please do skin care on eczema if you haven't already. I've been using steroids on and off but would rather have a prevention system rather than reaching for steroids all the time.

I disagree with the Qtip narrative. I think that is all a giant myth. My father was in a nursing home and I took care of him every single day and I cleaned his ears by looking in and using the Qtip. His audiologist did an exam and said his ears were the cleanest of all his patients. I was diligent in keeping him clean and I was gentle.

I miss using my daily qtip! I never had ear problems and now my eczema is acting up IN MY EARS. It’s driving me crazy and it’s not getting better

I think you're probably right but I also think they are often misused very easily so drs just err on the side of caution

Agree. I also use a scoop to get the wax out though. W-tips are wonderful for me to dry inside my ears and (belly button) after showering. I scoop before bed.

I use these products. Last month I bought the sunscreen. I rather do at least two pumps I don’t feel like it spreads everywhere with one pump sometimes even two pumps, is this just me? Sometimes I think it’s a little dry, probably because it’s so little. I wonder how long does this bottle lasts. I love timeless coq10 I’ve been using that for a few months and two or one month ago I bought the green bottle. I now alternate the red and green bottle .

Happy Saturday to you and all😁. I appreciate all your skin care advice….love Big Lots and your lizard rescue story; I rescue spiders and take them outside and feel guilty for killing ants ~setting ant baits out to rid them from my kitchen…..geez, I know😮

I also feel guilty killing ants! The only things I don't feel guilty about are roaches and flies😄
@db-gb5xi Жыл бұрын
@@irisk934 I don't necessarily feel guilty about killing ants except in my house I was always the only one who saw them. Flies only live a short time so I don't usually worry too much about them (when we had a cat he would eat them).

There’s something about driving and rudeness that seem to go hand-in-hand these days. It’s so sad that even driving is a power-trip now. Those people in the motorized carts should have been approached by security.
