@@LifeWithLoccYes, please! I’m transitioning from program case manager and apply this year. A application process/guidelines would be so helpful. ❤ Also love your channel! Because of you validates my decision of postponing going back for my MSW and doing what I am really enjoying in program support work 🤗 This is the year I conquer getting the PMP 🎉

Yep, used to be much harder. Thwy had to lower the bar because the ut um peeps could not pass it. So knowing the past you can forecast the future. Amd you know what all this means. International competition going to consume every American dei hire, job there is. Soo it will pay 34 to 54k a year while that precious studio flop space costs you 2400 a month. Car is 1000 a mon, and nownyiur done, can't live but fully certified in a completely saturated market. Next is healthcare.

With the right transferable skills, I think one can thrive in any industry! Industry trends are common and some become more popular than others but with the right mindset and skill, you can transition to multiple areas!

How did you approach doing volunteer work without having the PM experience? I’m currently finishing the Google PM course with plans to take the CAPM next. I am trying to transition into PM from a completely different area (I’ve been an adjuster for over a decade which after watching this I guess each claim I’ve handled could be counted as a project bc each one has a start and end date with a resolution at the end). I’m afraid of messing up up somebodys stuff 😩 I feel like I’ve learned a lot, but it is a lot of information.

Good question! Most volunteer projects have guidelines that they want you to review before accepting the position. Just like a paid job. So you’d offer your time & expertise based on what areas you’re confident & strong in!

Heyyy love! Thanks for supporting my channel! You can try to find helpful things to add to your resume that you were doing while out of work like special projects, or even include the certification you obtained and what helpful skills you obtained through the course.
