Hi @@oparekwakye , I studied 2 hours everyday for 2 months (1.5 hour taking and reviewing 1 mock exam on Andrew Ramdayal's TIA Mock Simulator & 30 minutes reviewing areas/concepts that I was struggling in). Make sure you apply the "PM Mindset" when answering questions and understand the PM concepts so you will pass the exam.

I’m a seasoned PM also. I’ve implemented over $1 billion in IT projects. When I took a PMP simulator exam, I scored 37%. Andrew Ramdal said a project manager is set in their ways based on their experience. If you use your experience, you will fail. This is very true. 😢

I actually agree with this! When I was studying for my exam earlier this year, one of my study buddies was someone who had failed twice before. She said it’s because she was answering the questions based on what she herself would do, but the exam tests on what PMI suggests that you do. That’s why Andrew talks about understanding the “mindset” of a PM for the exam. We have to answer the exam questions based on PMI’s methods!

I just paid 2200$ through Vets 2 PM program and studied my ass off and failed it. I was below level on all three domains. I have been down and out and taken 3 weeks off going 4 . Trying to get back into it and schedule for another 275$ exam. I’m not sure I can pass the damn thing. The test is so dang subjective . I don’t know why it has to be that way. “ what is the least or what is the best answer” WTF man!!!

His words kinda run together sometimes which can make it hard to follow but I coupled his course with his weekly KZbin lives and his TIA simulator. So for me, he was still the all around best choice based on the amount of resources he offered! Hope this helps 🩵 P.S. his course should be about $25 max, never pay more than that! It’s literally always on sale, like every other day. If you don’t see a sale, try searching in incognito mode.

An MBA means A LOT, yes!! Most PMs I have met til date have an MBA first and then get their PMP after. Hoping the focus on PM will help you study for the exam to make it easier!! As for a PM MBA, I have been told that getting a specific degree in PM is not needed! Just get your PMP and you will be good to go.
