I used that gel before as a kid when I would go to barber shops it makes your hair very flaky and makes your scalp itch a lot and you have to scrub your scalp really hard in order to get all of it out I would definitely not recommend this gel for getting retwist or even starting your dreads
@f4xl1774 жыл бұрын
You can use tee tree oil or black castor oil to make it stop inching the same thing happened to me when I used Jamaican mango and lime locking gel resistance formula and it made my scalp SUPER inchy and the my scalp looked like snow it got so bad that I took them out. But I learned that if you oil your scalp it makes the inchiness go away but use good oil’s

Hey Gunther, youve probably seen Dadzlife channel. Itd be interesting to see you use rubber band method for your new set and have big locs (I have 20). Completely unique journey. 3-4 months for the loc to form and after that you can retwist like normal without rubber bands in literally 20 mins, so youd have much less maintenance and no need for gel
